p.s don't answer me with explanation like lower gravity, cause that doesn't say much about micro-navigating the banshee in a vacuum of space with no air for the fan to exploit. Cheers!!

@holdenwi This is not the first time I've seen aircraft like this. The hornet in Halo is a similar concept.

The scorpions in Avatar are very reminiscent of James Cameron's Hunter Killer ships in Terminator 2 except he replaced the flame jets with gyro propellers.

I wouldn't attribute originality in this ship design to either Blizzard or James Cameron. I dare say they were both inspired by an awesome but unoriginal ship design.
