wut I hate is the new animating program on it that you can buy called inchworm animations. It's WAY too complicated and you cannot save more than one animation at a time so if you make a new one you'll have to delete the one before it which SUX Big Time!

If anything, I like FlipNote on the DSi XL. it can save more than one animation at a time and much simpler, easier to use and all. The only thing Inchworm's does do that is much better is the wide veriety of colors available in Inchworm's. : /

With the backside scratch, it's probably cos somebody bought it, used it and then returned it to the store. You then bought that returned 3DS.
