@hkglitterz Nope :L She is from Skins the worst programme ever! She was really annoying too in the first three series's when she was the little sister and after those series's skins got too bad :( I hated Effie she was just a boob :( Skins was great at the start with the original people but then it just got stupid and too unbelievable so I hate it plus lets face it it has no morals and shows kids no good qualities in teenagers. Nice.
