Glad to see Vanessa telling it as it is. I have been using Appesat for about three months, my weight loss has stabilized at about 1.5 stones lost, but I am very happy with that. As Vanessa says though, the thing about Appesat is that you don't feel weird after taking, there are no side effects, no strange tastes in the mouth etc. It just makes you feel less hungry. Shame it's not available on the NHS!
