No cause you have to know the computer's ip address that the Camera(s) is connected to and the user name and password of the computer and a lot more info.

yes, but you can easily figure out the ip address with a simple software download that allows you to figure out any1's ip address and using the ip address, you have access to all of the computers information... and if your a good enough hacker, you can probably figure out the password...
