But my worst incident was in Maz & was when I decided my days in Sinaloa were numbered.I came upon a very clean cut man and woman 1 day in Maz.Both had been shot up & left for dead,not 500 yards from the most well known hotel for us gringos.I kid you not!I was returning with my fiancee to our hotel at 6ish.(It was still totally light out in this well known area called "La Zona Dorada"
The 2 people were in the wrong place at the wrong time, interrupting a kidnapping of a business man...

I agree, that is exactly why I made this presentation. To many people take to many things for granted. Especially what they hear on the news without knowing the actual facts. I dont think that people in the media lie ! I think that news media is a business, not a public service. No one there works for nothing ! TV news works to promote ratings, and news papers work to sell papers. Unfortunetly the two things that attract many people are violence, and sex. Instead enjoying life, irreplaceable

If you have NEVER been there, do NOT talk about the safety of a place! And seriously if you believe everything you here from the media, have your head examined! That is all.
