To me, it's obvious that Jay-Z is a much greater rapper than LL has ever been, what Jay-Z has created with Kanye West, is groundbreaking, just listen to the Blueprint, or better, listen to their new album "Watch the Trone". They have a creativity that is fabolous, and has made a new great way, for hip hop, to sound.
@janus5cl WOW...you are a mindless idiot.....watch the throne is the biggest piece of garbage ever made....maybe comparable to Waka Flocka's Wackaveli....Do every one a favor and keep your coments to yourself. You have no clue what real rap is.
@bikefreak1212 What real rap is?? Then what is real rap, songs like "Paradise", "Headsprung", "Hey Lover" (Feat. Boys to men)?? You have to explain that to me. Why don't you do this debate a favor, and try to act just a little bit mature, it is kind of tiring to read things like, being an mindless idiot, just because of one's taste for rap music.
@janus5cl OK....uh...I guess you giving any praise to Watch the Throne kinda pissed me off. Early Jay Z...Like early 90's is the only Jay I'd listen to. What there making now is just garbage. I couldn't listen to one song to the very end because it sounded like they threw that shit together in a day. Now if you wanna talk about who is top notch tday then here's who you need to be looking 4. Tech N9ne, Royce da 5' 9"> He's been under rated for far too long, Hopsin, Cassidy, Game, Jadakiss, Nas

I'm tired of these people tryin' to teach other people of what real great rap is. To me, a great part of hip hop is about creating something new, being innovative, in a professional solid way, and that is exactly what is so great and impressive about Jay-Z and Kanye West. Now if digging "Wath the Throne" is being mindless, then a lot of hip hop critics is mindless, and though critics isn't always, I must admit I trust their praises I bit more than you, bikefreak1212.
@bikefreak1212 They would if Chokolable agreed with every record that got praises from critics, deserved the praises, but he don't, he just agrees with some, and disagrees with others. Just because you like a record that critics dig, doesn't mean that you haven't got an opinion of your own, And just because you like a certain new type of style inside of hip hop, doesn't mean that you're ignorant about what hip hop is".
@janus5cl I had high hopes for this there album. Idk if its just me, but I would have to say it's one of the worst albums I have heard to date. I couldnt even listen to songs fully through because of how basic nd elementary the lyrics are. I thought they wouldve at least tried to make a killer album since Eminem nd Royce dropped a album as a duo. Not one song wus good in my opinion and I would play Nas, Game , Bad meets Evil, or even the Carter 4 before I put Watch the Throne in.Nd I hate wayne
@bikefreak1212 Well I along other hip hop lovers, dig it, I think songs like "Welcome to the Jungle", "Lift Up" and "H A M" are fabolous. I understand clearly why not every hip hop fan share that opinion though.-
This guy perceptual talking bout how nobody gave a shit about Jay-Z in the 90s, outside NY, I'm from Baltimore dawg, and in Baltimore Jay-Z - Reasonable Doubt was the shit when it came out.
Yeah right, and where have all nusser mc's you lektion, says that? I can find any place tha back that up, guess you're telling lies again. And besides that, if it were so easy for Jay to beat Elvis, why is he the only one, who has done it??
@janus5cl nobody else gives a fuck about that superficial bullshit LL has a real cemented Legacy so he doesnt need to manufacture a bullshit one like that, oh and Elvis estate earned 3x what Jay did last year so please dont try n argue Jay is on Elvis level coz he isnt even close n Elvis has been dead 40 years, LL INVENTED rap styles that every MC uses today when has Jay done that NEVER Jay bit Jaz Os style instead
@ThePerceptual "LL INVENTED rap styles that every MC uses today when has Jay done that NEVER Jay bit Jaz Os style instead" Rappers today are much inspired by the sound Jay-z created with Kanye, Drake, Kid Cudi, Lil Wayne and Whale are some examples. It's funny how much you talk about how LL inspired others, compared to how you haven't even come with an example. And also funny how you criticise my source, without showing any source to confirm you're own postulates.
@janus5cl Drake Kid Cudi n Wayne lmmfao 3 garbage MCs who are more influenced by LL Cool J, Drake makes 1000s of chick songs LL Cool J INVENTED that style of rap before him and before he made I NEED LOVE nobody made rap songs for the ladies LL INVENTED that style of rapping and EVERY rapper today uses that style on their albums and even the mos hardcore MCs have made at least 1 track for the ladies which is again a style LL INVENTED, Jay hasnt invented shit son
The Blueprint signaled a major stylistic shift in hip-hop production towards a more Soulcentric and sample-reliant sound, creating a number of imitators who attempted to emulate the album's atmospheric style. Jay and Ye invented that style, not LL. And so what if LL was the first to do a love song, that doesn't mean any rapper that makes a love song is inspired by him, they might as well have been inspired by Ja Rule.
@janus5cl LL invented that style so everyone that uses it is influenced by his creation, how does that confuse you, and Jay had nothing to do with the sound of Blueprint, Kanye and Just Blaze where using that sound before the blueprint if you knew even the first thing about rap you would know that what you jus said is retarded
@ThePerceptual Jay-Z created that style on the blueprint, that is why it was so groundbreaking about the album, the reason why it got all those high rates from the reviewers. And among several other thing's, a clear proof that Jay-Z has done something LL haven't done, contrary to some of all that nonsense which you've postulated earlier during the discussion.
@Casperzdc there was nothing groundbreaking about it Jay rapped EXACTLY the same as he did on previous albums the only thing different was the production, Jay isnt a producer, Kanye and Just Blaze where the ones responsible for that and EVERYTHING ive stated relating to LL is FACT go do some research before talkin dumb shit, lemme guess your another under 20 child who is talkin bout shit that he has no comprehension of
@ThePerceptual I'm sorry sir, are you trying to tell me that all these following statements are actual facts?: 1.LL invented new rap styles all MCs use today.
2.LL never lost or ducked a battle on wax
3. Blueprint 4 album structure is the exact structure LL even KRS has stated that 4.Canibus won a round of the battle LL won one n LL won the war
5.If Jay-Z thought he could compete he would of replied to LLs several disses around Exit 13 6.LL created the blueprint for album structure Jay
@Casperzdc@Casperzdc 1: The Rap BALLAD was created by LL & all rappers now make chick songs at some point 2: again FACT 3: RADIO is the STRUCTURE all mainstream albums follow 4: where's Canibus career now, EXACTLY, he won a battle but lost the war LL had him black balled 5: again FACT, why wouldnt Jay reply to a challenge from a Hip Hop ICON if he thought he could win 6: same as 3 STOP REPEATING YOURSELF
@ThePerceptual It's funny how much energy you waste on attacking others for they're references, when you can't even come up with a single one yourself. Facts? Where exactly? I mean where, besides inside you're head?
@Casperzdc wow you are fuckin retarded little boy, its clear you know nothing of Hip Hop outside of mainstream media outlets like MTV who's credibility on the subject is laughable, if you had even an iota of intelligence you would simple google anything i have stated at which point ALL of it would be verified, but no since your a child you'd sooner argue subjects you have no comprehension of...now run along
@ThePerceptual Pardon me sir, but since if it is so easy to get information that confirms that these staments you've released, have any kind of truth behind them in the real world, and not just in your head, then you must have me confused. Because you attack and denigrate, rather than help me, whenever I ask you if you can refer to any of these sources you claim, are so easy to find!?!
@ThePerceptual "Radio" ain't the Blueprint structure for mainstream rap, there's too big difference between that record and todays rap music sound with the likes of Drake, Kanye West and Lil' Wayne. In that scence you might as well say that "Rapper's Delight" , or "Grandmaster Flash on the Wheels of Steel" or Afrika Bambaataa's "Planet Rock" is the blueprint structure for "Radio". Now I don't mean to say that "Radio" wasn't isn't inspirational, but I think you're giving it far too much credit
@Casperzdc Oh and to answer you're number 5, well guess what Jay-Z didn't respond when MC Hammer recorded a diss song to him either, so are you telling me it's fact that Jay-Z knows he can't compete with MC Hammer, since he didn't respond to him either? They're can be given various of reasons why Canibus didn't get a great career, it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with his beef with LL.
@Casperzdc he did diss Hammer but as I stated earlier Jay is a mic coward, he's ducked people his entire career since Nas and was scared of Pac, he ducked LL, DMX, Mos Def, Redman, Game, Joe Budden, Ice Cube, Jaz O, Beanie Sigal etc and LL ended Canibus mainstream career, ask Canibus, its in his interviews n music he admits it, go to canibuscentral . com/forums his hardcore fans will tell you LL black balled him
@ThePerceptual Jay didn't replied to hammer, it says so on hiphopdx.com among other sites,. As far as I'm informed Jay-Z, haven't directly dissed to anyone because since his battle with Nas, but rather have done it indirectly, because he don't want to waste too much time on beefs. Honestly I find that more trusworthy, than Jay being scared of battling MC Hammer and LL Cool J. LL ended Canibus career? That maybe your perception, but your perceptions aren't necessarily actual facts.
@Casperzdc Jay dissed Hammer first and LL has already beat Jay once in a live battle and is one of the most revered battle rappers of all time, he ended multiple careers in the 80s and him ended Canibus career isnt my perception its also Canibus own statements that LL black balled him Jay has been affraid to battle for years its common knowledge he's a coward, LL has NEVER backed down from a battle on the mic
It's true LL and Jay have been battling in the 90s, but it's also true that Jay-z won several of them. And Canibus haven't stated that, 1)Coz the song "Second Round K.O.", produced by Wyclef Jean, was a success, with the video featuring Wyclef and a cameo appearance by boxer Mike Tyson. 2)Canibus wasn't all that bothered by "The Ripper Strikes Back" Coz LL said nothing which really could be taken as too offensive. Especially not compared to what was said by Canibus on "Second Round K.O."
@Casperzdc 2ndKO wasnt touchin RipStrikesBack thats why Bis followed it up wit a better diss "jacktheripper" n Bis has admitted LL ended his mainstream career I KNOW CANIBUS personally, Canibus has also on songs stated that HE was in the wrong dissin a legend like LL n his fam in the 1st place with lines like "tyson aint the champ no more them days is gone and rip the jacker aint too stubborn to say when HE'S WRONG"
@ThePerceptual 3)Coz Canibus records suffered from lack of topical variety and uninspired production and from very little promotion by Universal Records 4) Coz Canibus blamed Wyclef for the general dissatisfaction going as far as to diss Wyclef, most notably on the title track of his second album ("You mad at the last album? I apologize for it / Yo, I can't call it, motherfucking Wyclef spoiled it!") These are factors much more likely to have prevented Canibus from getting succes, than the beef
@Casperzdc you dont know wtf your talking about, Canibus hasnt been on universal for 10 years, his 2nd 3rd and 4th albums had great variety & production RTJ bein entirely produced by Stoupe Hip Hops illest producer & got sick reviews from global critics. I know Canibus personally and know who HE says black balled him, LL is an ICON n once Bis dissed Ls fam he couldnt get anyone in the mainstream to work with him, no MCs on major labels why u think no Def Jam MC worked wit him post LL beef???
@ThePerceptual follows. 7.Canibus has even admitted LL tore it up on that diss track, thats why he recorded another diss to LL coz he felt he got beat at that point 9.That KRS ONE, WU TANG, DMX, REDMAN, BLACK THOUGHT, CANIBUS, KOOL MOE DEE, SLICK RICK, RAKIM, 2PAC, BIGGIE, NAUGHTY BY NATURE, CHUCK D, BIG DADDY KANE, ICE CUBE, EMINEM, ROYCE, JOELL ORTIZ, TORAE, and countless others ALL have said LL is one of the greatest of all time
you obviously dont listen to much rap or interviews, theres a reason why Hip Hop honours have honoured LL Cool J and not Jay, there's a reason why LL is in multiple areas H.O.F and not Jay, theres a reason why Eminem & Black Thought n Jazzy Jeff n the Roots performed a tribute on stage to LL Cool J last year and not to Jay Z...HE'S A TRUE LEGEND and PIONEER, JAY will NEVER be a PIONEER
@ThePerceptual What are you talking about? Jay-Z have been honoured a lot of places, Rolling Stone Magazine, pitchfork medias, spin magazine, the Vibe, the source, nme, xxl, wire, GQ Magazine etc..
Yeah right, and where exactly? I lead which place can you back that up? And besides that, if it were so easy for Jay to beat Elvis, why is he the only one, who has done it??
"stfu child ive been apart of Hip Hop culture for 20 years "
So what I know people who've been down with hip hop longer, who likes Jay-Z, Nas, BIG, NWA, but thinks that LL's a joke, a guy making one crap album after the other, desperately trying to still be relevant to a game, he's lost to over a decade ago.
Jay isnt even in the same league as LL, everything Jay has done LL DID BEFORE HIM, LL is a pioneer, a true original who created styles who created trends who created the blueprint for what a rappers career could become and everyone follows that blueprint today
@ThePerceptual everything "Jay has done LL DID BEFORE" What are you talking about? Whenever has LL done a diss track as tight and superior as "The Takeover"? Whenever has LL made a gangsterrap masterpiece like "Reasonable Doubt"? Whenever has LL made a record with as many flows like "The Blueprint"?
@janus5cl so Jay has made rap albums a lil different in style to the rap albums LL has made wow way to let my point soar over your head, and The Ripper Strikes Back and Too the Break of Dawn are better diss tracks than Takeover, Mama Said Knock You Out was a street album and LL has used about 30 flows more than Jay Z over the years n the differance is LL never bit styles of flow like Jay Z did LL invented rap styles and Jay never has, and the blueprint albums structure was created by LL Cool J,
@ThePerceptual " The Ripper Strikes Back and Too the Break of Dawn are better diss tracks than Takeover"
Those two tracks ain't half as superior and funny, as it is listening to Jay spitting lines about prodigy being ballerina more little than Jays money stacks. And lines about Nas career sinking so much, that even his bodyguards "oochie walleys" better than him.
Jay's "Blueprint" is hands down a lot more sophisticated than anything LL's ever done.
@janus5cl if you believe that your dellusional, Radio is better than Blueprint n it was made 15 years earlier by a teenage LL and Takeover is garbage compared to Ripper Strikes Back LL tore Canibus up on that joint and Too the Break of Dawn laid the blueprint for how to diss multiple targets all Jay did was copy its structure for Takeover without it Takeover wouldnt exist you must be a teenager
@To Da Break of Dawnjanus5cl Now how come "Takeover" and "Second Round KO" ben placed better than "Jack The Ripper" and "To Da Break of Dawn" if these two tracks are so great as you say they?
Ohh and just two make an eample of how Canibus eliminated LL with "Second Round KO"
"You walk around showin off your body cause it sells/ Plus to avoid the fact that you ain't got skills
/Mad at me cause I kick that shit real niggaz feel
@janus5cl "where 99 % of your fans DONT EXIST" "who copped solid gold grammies n stayed calm LL why YOU dropped verses at niggas proms" "your careers over look over your shoulder thats where your heading" which turned out to be true coz LL ended his career...LL sonned him by flippin every punch he said n smacking him back with his own concepts
@ThePerceptual "where 99 % of your fans DONT EXIST" How weak, Bis is appealing to the true hip hop fans joking about LL , about how soft he is, and how happy he is about flexing his muscels for the ladies, while LL's only respons is to joke about Canibus, just because Canibus isn't a commercial soft popnigga.
@janus5cl you dont know wtf your talking about, Canibus has even admitted LL tore it up on that diss track, thats why he recorded another diss to LL coz he felt he got beat at that point, he also accused Eminem of writing it coz he wasnt expecting LL to still be able to come that hard so deep in his career, and you jus proved you dont know LLs music sayin hes a soft pop nigga, Jay Z hasnt got a single track as hard as Momma Said Knock You Out n LLs catalogues full of joints like that BP3 was POP
@janus5cl he's admitted it dozens of times and he wouldnt of made further disses if he felt LL hadnt got at him thats fuckin common sense
and ROLFZ @ 99 problems bein comparible with Momma Said Knock You out, NO hip hop cat will ever cosign that dumb shit MSKYO is considered one of the hardest rap songs of all time period its an undisputable classic song
@janus5cl their obviously jay z groupies like you then coz ive posted hard facts n you've responded with naive posts based on "opinion" nothing more, like its a fact LL dropped diss tracks with multiple targets before Jay, LL invented rap styles Jay never has, LL created the blueprint for album structure Jay follows, LL was the first to own a major label, clothin line, major tour, LL never ducked a battle Jay has dozens, LL never bit rhymes Jay has, LL has beat Jay and Jay has since ducked LL
@ThePerceptual "their obviously jay z groupies like you" Say what? Jay-Z is more gangsta than LL ever been, Jay build up Rocafella on drug money, made a gangsta classic "Reasonable Doubt", and what have LL done? Made one wannabe gangsta album "14 Shots to the dome" which was considered failure.
"you've responded with naive posts based on "opinion" nothing more" why are you talking to yourself?
"LL dropped diss tracks before Jay" So what, that doesn't make him better at all.
@ThePerceptual "LL created the blueprint for album structure Jay follows"
Honestly, either you paid attention to any of Jay's singles or else, you suffer from a lack of musical sense. Jay never copied LL's style, that's a pretty far out thing to say.
@janus5cl you really REALLY struggle with understanding english dont you son, he copied LLs blueprint for album structure nobody said he copied LLs lyrical content at all, but album structure and song structure he copied off LL when you know what the difference is come back n reply
@janus5cl by XXL lol if you think thats a credible mag then simply your obviously a kid from the suburbs, hit a barbershop in any Hip Hop neighborhood n ask who the illest battle rappers are you'll hear, LL Cool J, KRS One, Ice Cube, Canibus and 2Pac...
@janus5cl lol @ you thinkin XXL is a reputable magazine its a joke and I could just as easily cite that voters phoned in hot 97 when Takeover dropped and voted ETHER as the winning diss in that battle and I can name dozens of disses better than half of that list...for a start Canibus Rip the Jacker was better than his 2nd Round K/O track and all Canibus fans would agree with that statement and No Vasseline is widely considered the dopest diss track off all time Super Ugly is Jays best diss track
@janus5cl wrong, you've only named 1 critic an unreputable one, KRS ONE, METHODMAN, CANIBUS, KOOL MOE DEE, DMX, REDMAN, have all said Too the Break of Dawns one of the top 5 disses of all time, n Kool Moe Dees 1 of the people it was dissing n lol @ fans, really where? coz I owned several rap forums n everytime the best disses convo came up LL was rated higher, plus LL HAS BEAT JAY LIVE, JAY ducked LL when he dropped disses around Exit 13 too, Jay KNOWS he isnt on LLs level or he woulda responded
@ThePerceptual Besides that Jay has stepped his game up, with mature records like "Kingdom Come" instead of selling out like LL, leaving everything at the hands of Timbaland, on terrible record "The Definition" or making big rap bloopers like " Todd Smith" and the even more laughable terrible "Exit 13"
@janus5cl lol Jay Z hasnt stepped shit up he's fell off hard n either way was never on LLs level, his last dope album was Blueprint n JayZ careers been carried by Kanye n JustBlaze production, LLs last mixtape was better than Jays last 4 albums n LL has more classic songs than Jay does + LL invented styles of rap jay hasnt, LL has also beat Jay in battle live and Jay ducked LLs challenge on Exit 13 so really Jay knows he cant compete with LL n thats a fact n LLs made mature joints since the 80s
@janus5cl bottom line if you think Jayz is on LLs level u dont know HipHop, LL created the blueprint 4 rap album structure, he was the 1st MC 2 own a major label, only MC on major label 2 own all his masters, 1st MC 2 own major clothing line, 1st MC with a major tour, 1st MC wit major endorsements, LL invented new rap styles all MCs use today, LL is a founding father who paved the way, LL never lost or ducked a battle on wax, LL 1st MC with over 10 platinum plaques, 1st MC to complete major deal
@janus5cl no u dont because none of them where big sellers the mainstream Blueprint 4 album structure is the exact structure LL made even KRS has stated that, KRS is top 5 with LL but album structure 4 mainstream success was designed by LL thats an undisputable fact and Wyclef couldnt kill Souljah boy on wax, Canibus is my boy, i know him and LL destroyed him, Canibus won a round of the battle LL won one n LL won the war, Canibus is still hurt today n rhymes about LL provin LL had more impact
@janus5cl stfu child ive been apart of Hip Hop culture for 20 years and own every album Jay Z has ever made including mixtapes everything ive stated here's a fact your jus a lil jay z dick rider who obviously hasnt even listened to LLs catalogue from your comments which is the personification of ignorant
@janus5cl only ignorant one round here's you lil man, your comments prove you've never even listened to LLs catalogue your jus another uninformed Jay Z groupie, everything ive posted in here's fact all you've posted is a bunch of naive opinions so run along youngsta
@janus5cl and unlike Jay Z LL has PROVED he can go platinum with zero features multiple times, Jay has never done that he always features the hot names of the moment to boost sales, BP3 filled with rihanna, alicia, drake, wayne etc where LL has gone platinum on multiple albums with zero features n the ones he did have features on where underground features so they werent to boost his sales
@ThePerceptual@ThePerceptual LL has gone platinum on multiple albums with zero features n the ones he did have features on where underground features so they werent to boost his sales.
Not true, every hit single on "Mr. Smith" features someone,
"Hey Lover" (featuring Boyz II Men)
"I Shot Ya" (featuring Keith Murray)
"Loungin" (featuring Terri & Monica)
"Doin' It" (featuring LeShaun)
Besides that, "The Blueprint" only contains one, and "The Black Album"
@janus5cl I said LL has gone platinum on MULTIPLE albums not ALL his albums without features Jay has NEVER done that the Black Album may not of had direct features but it was full of samples including Madonna and R Kelly and Blueprint had the biggest selling rapper of the day featured to boost sales, LL has 5 platinum albums with zero features or singers sampled MSKYO, RADIO, WWAP, B.A.D, 14 Shots and half his others featured mostly underground cats, Jay isnt close to LLs level
"LL has gone platinum on multiple albums with zero features n the ones he did have features on where underground features so they werent to boost his sales."
Now don't be childish and try to run away from that fact, just because I proved you were wrong.
@janus5cl Loungin ft Terri & Monica was not a hit single...the remix ft Total was a massive hit in 95/96. i don't want to get into their whole catalogue discussion but Jigga can never make summer jams like LL Cool J. no one can deny that.
@kreep2nite Maybe not, but he can make great soulful music and technically sophisticated flows, which LL definietily can¨t match. And he can grow old in the hip hop industry and still be relevant and great, unlike LL who has totally lost the game, with 4 pretty lame records straight.
Anyone of you Jay-Z nut-suckers who don't believe he bite & want to say he's"Quoting" or "Paying Tribute" or "Paying Homage" needs to type in Cam'ron and listen to Swagger Jacker. You will then realize that Jay-Z bites other rappers hard. Also I can name 10 rappers who never "Quote" other rappers. 1. Rakim 2. KRS-ONE 3. LL Cool J 4. Kool G Rap 5. Big Daddy Kane 6. Kool Moe Dee 7. Ice Cube 8. Ice-T 9. Queen Latifah 10. MC Lyte Had to throw some female rappers in there.
But hand down, Jiggaman is technically, lyrically,
superior to LL. And if you if you compare Jay-Z's discography to LL's.
You'll understand that Jay-Z is way greater than LL.
Not saying LL ain't good, but he was the shit in the 80's, Jay has been the shit in the 90's, and with the albums "The Blueprint", "The Black Album" and "American Gangster", he's definetely been the shit in 00's.
So if compare the facts, there's no way LL matches Jay.
@MXLIFE57 ahh youre such an idiot.. its not stealing lyrics hes quoting him.. you think Jay is dumb enough to steal lyrics from a rapper so popular as Big?? get the fuck out
@TheLeoAndujar Are you kidding me? Jay is known for biting other rappers. The only reason he started "quoting" them as he now says or "paying homage" is because the rap world was losing respect for him. Camron & Nas exposed the true length of Jay's biting in a diss song. Jay has bit everyone. He's paid & that's good but don't ever call that shit "quoting" when the number 1 rule of rap used to be "No Biting Other People Rhymes". And Jay bit Pac & Biggie so much he still got their DNA in his teeth
@MackDaddyCoolC are you fucking retarded? its QUOTING almost every MC you can name has done it nigga. stop hatingg wttf? and if hes biting other niggas rhymes then why THE FUCK is nas, one of the realest and illest MCs in the game, fuckinn with him now after the beef? it makes no sense. sit yo ass down tool. go home
@TheLeoAndujar I can see your faggot ass is a Jay nut hugger who gets his pink panties in a twist when someone say something TRUTHFUL about that biting ass nigga. Jay has been biting for years & stealing other rappers flows & lyrics to pass off as his own. I'm not saying Jay ain't good, but c'mon he has been widely known for biting. He & Nas made up because it was good for rap. Nas don't need Jay & vice versa. They grew up. You sound like a 10 year old. A nerd trying to be down with cool cats.
@TheLeoAndujar Also to show your complete ignorance most rappers don't "quote" each other because the very 1st rule of rap is NEVER BITE ANOTHER MC RHYMES!!! You are a fucking idiot who probaly get rhymes off others & go around "QUOTING" them as your own. That's the worst bullshit excuse I ever heard defending Jay biting. "QUOTING"! If jay was "Quoting" Then why not say in his rhymes "LIKE MY MAN SO & SO SAID" then spit the rhyme? Nah he tries to pass it off as something he came up with instead.
@MackDaddyCoolC theres no fuckinn rrule to rapping you retarded piece of shit ITS POERTY theres no rules. and nas has quoted rappers, raekwon the chef, EMINEM fuckin quoted mob deep in a fuckinn rap battle you ignorant fuck. its not biting because real hiphop fans already know where the line is from. why the fuck would you "steal" a line from a famous rapper..? so everyone can know you stole it..? that makes no fuckinn sense please shut the fuck up you. i dont even know what to call you -___-
@TheLeoAndujar I see why most of the comments directed at you say you're stupid. You are new to rap if you believe some of the shit you come out with. Go listen to "Rapper's Delight". The first recorded rap song & find the verse that say's "Whatever you do don't let another MC steal your rhyme". Now that was back in the 70's & rappers have been following that rule since. It's an unwritten rule but most rappers have followed it. Man are you fucking slow or what. Stop sucking Jay dick so much.
@MackDaddyCoolC gotta love the complete disregard you have for the other points that ive made and EVERYTHING else i said about how real mc like nas, eminem, jayz, beanie siegel, jadakiss, jcole, ETC have quotes other artists as well its not just hov so im not sucking anyones dick you fuckin idiot.. im not new to hiphop im grew up in brooklyn listening to it my whole fuckin life and im an aspiring artist you dumb fuck. it not stealing rhymes niggas just say that to hate on hov when the reality is
@TheLeoAndujar So you're an aspiring artist? Good luck with that fucked up attitude you have. If you're anything like your idol then you should make it just fine. With that I mean shitting on others to reach the top, biting other people rhymes, releasing bullshit after bullshit & letting suck asses like you buy it, & generally not giving a fuck about nothing but being paid. I respect Jay for his humanitarian efforts but not his music or his creativity cuz he stole most of it from others.
@MackDaddyCoolC oh and if you think youre better and you know more about hip hop coulture or lyricism than me or youre a better artist. then post up the most lyrical shit you can come up with to any beat you want and ill do the same see whos real. im always down for a battle
@MackDaddyCoolC OMG you have to be kidding me.. rakim is ill as fuck and that song is raw. but there are WAY more lyrical rappers and lyrical songs than that. the rhyme schemes he was using werent even more then a 2 syllabol rhyme nigga youre a fucking phony. you just proved to me that you dont know that much about actual lyrics and writing rhymes. but you do have a good tastee in music and i can respect that. but as for lyricism? youre an idiot
@TheLeoAndujar You are quite possibly the most ignorant rapper/rap fan I haver ever come across. Rakim lyrics and flow was so far ahead of it's time that it changed rap forever. Even 95% of OTHER RAPPERS name Rakim as the best EVER!! Go back to Burt & Ernie & leave rap alone you dumb country fuck!!
@MackDaddyCoolC why the fuck do you keep calling me country? lmfao you are soo fucking stupid. rakim was ill but no where near the most lyrrical rapper. tribe called quest, run dmc, de la soul, the roots, fuckin wu tang, ALL have better wordlpay, rhyme scheme, punchlines, medaphores, flow and lyricism all together than him. not hating i lovee rakim but its the truth. hes not the most lyrical rapper son, you are mistaken -.-
@TheLeoAndujar Drugs kill dude. I hope your dumb country ass realize that. Look I'm not saying you have to agree with me & you are welcomed to that absolute wack ass opinion but don't go naming anyone saying they're better than Rakim. Most of the people you named patterned their style on Rakim ESPECIALLY NAS!!! Dude you named some good groups/rappers but NONE of them come close to Rakim style, flow, wordplay, or lyricism. You just arguing for the fuck of it. You are so fucking Country it funny.
@MackDaddyCoolC lmaoo youre so ignorant. the fact that you keep calling me "country" for the fuck of it shows your immaturity. Rakim isnt even brought up in the top 5s list of best and most revolutionary hip hop artist kid! (and before you talk shit cause i already know what your gonna say. im not reffering to a actual list jackass) you know nothing about hip hop and you just ride rakims nutss to the fullest. rakim and nas's styless are nothing alike you fag rakim style 1000 times more old skool
@TheLeoAndujar Damn kid. I give up. I think you have too much stupidity to continue this convo. Stop frontin' like you're from Brooklyn & admit your country ass is really from the farms of Kentucky. You are so fucking stupid it hurts to be on the same planet as you. For the record fag Rakim isn't my favorite rapper. My favorite rapper happens to be 1 of the weakest lyrically & that's Too Short. Because he is original & never sold out for big bucks like most of these clowns. You are so country.
@MackDaddyCoolC LMFAO.. your favorite rapper is too short. and IM A COUNRTY FAG? lmfao oh my god son you just made my day! i was looking for a reason to claim you unworthy of an arguement.. and this is it. you lose.. "Peace out" as you country boys are apperently saying nowadayss. LOL peoople like you only serve a comic relief for the important ones here in life. go back to Tennessee yeah? xDD fuckin clown i cant even take you seriously as a person let alone, a rap fan lmao gtfo
@TheLeoAndujar One of the only MCs who held his weightt up in a battle with nas was.. who...? .... Uhmm. JAY MUTHAFUCKIN Z! now shut the fuck up you dumbass. not only is nas a better lyricism than rakim. but this convo also helped me prove my point in the JayZ arguement. lets see LL even day dream about even mentioning nas in a disrespectful way in a song and there went his whole fucking career. and hov still managed to become the richest rapper EVER.. what does tell you..? idiot
@TheLeoAndujar What that tells me is Jay is a FANTASTIC business man fool. Jay's riches came from his non musical endeavors, not album sales. Her manages a lot of very successful artist & has a host of other business ventures. Man you don't know shit do you? Please stop posting cuz you make me sad that idiots like you are allowed access to computers without supervision. Back to the barn HILLBILLY & try again. You failed again at trying to sound smart.
@TheLeoAndujar uhmm WOW.. i just realized what your ignorant ass has been saying this whole time.. you think Rakim is a better lyricist then BigL, Nas, KRS, Biggie, Big Pun, Raekwon, Rza, ima stop cause i can do this forever but ESPECIALY BigL..? dawg.. suck a bag of dickss you dont know what hip hop is.. im done with youre wanna be ass. youre opinion is no longer valid in the world when it comes to music..
@TheLeoAndujar Man you name just about anybody. Yeah Big L & KRS-ONE are incredible & you actually could make an agrument for them 2 but c'mon RZA, Raekwon & Big PUN? Big Pun was awesome. RZA & Raekwon are good but not even in the same league as some of the ones you named. Kid I am finished with you for real this time cuz now you just plain hatin' on Rakim for no reason other than to sound like you know something but you don't know shit. Later sperm drinking country fag. Go shovel sheep shit.
@MackDaddyCoolC lmaoo you keep saying that all the MCs im naming are good.. but then you say i dont know shit about hip hop..? you gotta love how much sense youre ignorant ass makes you fuckinn retard lmaoo. and i love how you completely blew off the jayz argueement after i made that statement.. man... what can i even say?.. you suckk xD dawg you need jesus
@TheLeoAndujar Anybody can name good rappers kid. Hell I can name good movies but that don't make me a director. I still say you don't know shit because of some of your reasoning. And as far as the Jay-Z argument I never blew it off, we just got side tracked ny your hip hop ignorance. You still think Jay isn't a biter & Rakim isn't the best. Those are your opinions. Did you go on any other video feed & say some of this shit cuz I'd love to see whay others say to you. See Ya Jethro.
@MackDaddyCoolC i did. no one could put up a valid arguement saying he was better than nas, krs, bigL or any of the underground MCs i named.. and wtf? i just want you to know that the movie to director analogy that you used was COMPLETELY irrelevant. doesnt even make sense. and not everyone can name good rappers idiot. somepeople think waka flocka is better than j.cole. you have to know about music to name good rappers and back up what youre saying. man youre dumb as fuck -__-
@TheLeoAndujar Man you just as stupid as the day you were hatched. I am willing to put "Microphone Fiend" up against any song you bring & have a vote on which is more HIP HOP LYRICAL. As a matter of fact I'll put "I ain't no joke", "Lyrics Of Fury", "When I Be On Da Mic", "Move The Crowd", "My Melody", "Follow The Leader" or most of Rakim stuff up against any song you bring & see which is more superior lyrically. Put up or shut up country bitch.
@TheLeoAndujar The reason you didn't understand the movie/director analogue cuz you stupid as fuck. Look kid the last few days have been fun schooling your dumb ass but please let it go cuz you haven't got a fucking clue. You're just a country idiot who just discovered hip hop as opposed to all that hillbilly shit you're accustomed to. Now back to the barn fool & stop posting.
@MackDaddyCoolC ok dumbass. its an ANLOGY not an analogue you dumb fuck, second of all, i didnt understand it cause it was irrelavent. the right analogy woulve been director=rapper since they both create said item as opposed to knowing about them -.- you are too stupid to even insult i swearr
@TheLeoAndujar Nigga. Any Big L freestyle, Any B.I.G freestyle, Canibus, Benefit - So Sick, Benefit - Proceed with caution, immortal technique, almost every nas song, Eminem! oman idgaf what you say, eminem is the king of rhymescheme & wordplay period. who can make everything rhyme with eachother and have funny punchlines and sick metaphores like em? if you ask me hes lyrically better aswell. dawg, rakim was one of the most influential rappers ever. but not even close to the most lyrical son -.-
@TheLeoAndujar Ok country bitch. Name your song then & let's put it to the test. Hell I'll even set up facebook page to hold the challenge & after say a week or two we see who has the most votes as who is the most lyrical between Rakim & who ever you choose. You're just a stupid fag who still don't know shit. So let's test your theory. If Rakim lose, I'll come on this page & tell you how great you are & how stupid I was.
@TheLeoAndujar Now I have to give you total props on that song selection. I listened to that & to be straight honest with you, THAT SHIT WAS AWESOME!!! I still got stand by MICROPHONE FIEND as the most lyrical song ever though but you know something, you got my respect for standing your ground & defending your opinion. Dude, I still say you're country but for a country boy you got good taste. Peace out on da real. Good luck with your career & if you spit like Benefit or Rakim, I'll download you.
@MackDaddyCoolC ok thats because hes underground the nigga that hes quoting aint ever gonna hear it anyways whats the point? -.- em has, nas has, kweli has, mos def, common, kanye, its not just j -.- but that not the point. set up your lil fb shit to see what song is more lyrical. i cant wait to see these resultss
@TheLeoAndujar Eminem isnt close to the dopest lyricists he constantly sacrifices content for flow which means his verses are full of filler just to maintain a rhyme scheme, dope lyricists dont need to do that shit, Black Thought, Elzhi, LL Cool J, Rakim have never sacrificed content to maintain flow.
Also most of Eminems content is garbage that only appeals to teenagers n idiots, bullshit barrs like "ill shove a lava lamp up my dads ass" "ass like that"
@ThePerceptual youre only talking about his freestyles bro.. youre not supoosed to have deep lyrics off the dome its supposed to just be flow. and his songs where he just fucks around.. "ass like that"?? l? c'mon now.. he gets lyrical on serious songs and he doesnt use "filler" on the whatsoever.. and filler or no filler, thats his style of rap. no ones topping him lyrically AT ALL. but im not gonna argue with YOU aswell fuck that.. dont get me started on your jay vs. LL opinions -.-
@TheLeoAndujar your dellusional, im an MC and freestyles arent just about flowing at all, and Em isnt even a top 25 lyricist not even close he uses filler in 70% plus of his verses on his albums aswell, Black Thought, Elzhi, Canibus, Vinnie Paz, Redman, Rakim, Big L, Pac, Biggie KRS the lists endless of MCs who are iller lyricists
@ThePerceptual yes they are! where the hell have you heard a freestyle that makes sense or tells a stoyry?? none. theyre a presentation of flow, rhyme scheme and cleverness off the dome. and eminem has all of those things when he freestyles. and if you think that he uses filler on his album verses what so ever than your illiterate..
and are you stupid?? redman will never be nearly as lyrical as em.. in fact. Red himself mentioned em in his TOP 5 rappers of all time. youre just an em hater bro.
@TheLeoAndujar im an MC fool and I can freestyle stories off the dome all great MCs can, and who gives a fuck if Redman has named Em as great EM has said REDMAN is top 5 and has also said without REDMAN style there would be no Eminem, in no way is Em even remotely as dope as REDMAN is
@ThePerceptual thats not true. if you honestly think that every MC can freestyle a dope, lyrically decent, well put together stores like the ones eminem raps or immortal technique or even benefit or Andre 3k than you are NOT a real MC. wtf does it matter if em's style wouldnt exist if it werent for red? em would still tear him apart.. without rakim nas's style wouldnt exist, but nas is a better lyricist..
@TheLeoAndujar did I say every mc? NO i said the truly great ones can which is true and REDMAN would slaughter Eminem hands down, Em fell the fuck off after his 3rd album his last few have been beyond garbage
@ThePerceptual Red cant even kinda handle Em lyrically. REDMAN isnt even fuckin relevant anymore!! which i'm sorry to say because i love redman but man you gotta be kidding me! anyone who knows anything about hip hop knows that NOONE can hold eminem lyrically.. his wordplay and cleverness is fuckin insane.. you're a lame if you're hating on Em.. so he has filler.. so the fuck what? he can battle, spit some deep shit, some funny shit. hes on of the most well rounded MCs to ever live..
@TheLeoAndujar you dont know shit about rap if you think that, "nobody can handle em" LMMFAO BLACK THOUGHT SLAUGHTERED HIM on the BET cypher they did, Ems mediocre, only lil kids from the burbs think he dope lyrical, KRS, RAKIM, ELZHI, BLACK THOUGHT, CANIBUS, LL, METH, PHARAOHE MONCH, KRINO, PRINCE EA, ROYCE, CROOKED I, BIGGIE, BIG L, BIG PUN, JOELL ORTIZ, ICE CUBE, CHUCK D, INS, PAC, SLICK RICK, GFK, RED, are all better more rounded MCs than Em will ever be,
@ThePerceptual you're officially fucking stupid bro.. i'll give you canibus, big l, big pun and joell maybe.. but c'mon son! LL? CROOKED I?? ROYCE DA FUCKIN 5'9???? get the fuck outta here broo.. On that cypher, eminem had the illest wordplay and fuckin rhymescheme! how can you not like that??? then after his comes most def.. black thought was dope but it wasnt even off the fuckin' dome and even if it was he's not seeing em.. no hate cause i love the roots but common nigga!
@TheLeoAndujar Man you just dumb. Now you BITING my insults. Just goes to show how weak your punk ass is. You still country bitch. Yeah Too Short is my favorite. Let explain to your country ass why. Short Dogg never sold his soul to make it mainstream like so many others have. He always kept it like he started. Banging beats, good music, pimping & hustlin'. I KNOW for a fact that lyrically, Too Short ain't shit. But at least he stayed true to himself instead of the dollar & he still got paid.
@MackDaddyCoolC ive come to the conclusion that you are illiterate when it comes to music and you just went on google and searched up "lyrical rappers" and posted the first nigga you saw cause if you think rakim has the most lyrisicm, wordplay, and rhyme scheme out of EVERYONE then you just might have downsyndrome..
@TheLeoAndujar I can't believe you actually think nas style wasn't influenced by Rakim. When did you start listening to rap? 2011? Man are you really that fucking dumb? Listen country boy. I been listening to rap since it began. I don't look it up & pretend to know the answer. Either I do or don't. You are an aspiring fool who will always be aspiring because you don't know shit about the music you're trying to make. You just make shit up that you think is rap knowledge. Man you are so dumb.
@MackDaddyCoolC i didnt say nas style wasnt influence by rakim. i said nas is better -.- student can be better than the teacher alot of times jackass. lmao you are a funny little man "country boy" with you immature ass. if you been listening to hip hop "since it started" (ignorant statement) you must be pretty fuckin old.. first and foremost GET OFF YOUTUBE AND DO SOMETHING WITH YOURSELF YOU WORTHLESS FUCK -.- and second. why are you so immature "go to kansas country boy" go home fag xD
@TheLeoAndujar You are too fucking stupid to be allowed out by yourself. Even Nas would slap your country ass for saying some of the bullshit you say. Nas is good, But a better lyricist than Rakim? Dream on Billy Bob!! You just a stupid HILLBILLY trying to be down. Take what I taught your ignorant ass back to the farm & talk to Peggy Sue & Uncle John-Boy but don't try to express shit in your own words cuz you sound infantile.
@MackDaddyCoolC and one more thing before i dismiss your dumbass. i just realized not only did you say rakims was a better rapper than nas.. but you said he was a better LYRICIST.. you have to be fucking kidding me.. Rakims and Nas flows are argueable.. cause Rakims flow is untouchable. but lyricist???? Get the fuck out of here Nas has him topped on lyrics, punchlines, rhyme scheme, vocab, is uncomparable to rakim. or anyone your dumbass can name for that matter.
@TheLeoAndujar It's safe to say that other than Jay-Z, Nas is your next favorite. That's cool Cuz I love Nas. He's 1 of my favorite rappers. But he ate Jay-Z ass up fool. Jay wasn't on Nas level & if you believe he is ask Jay himself cuz he even admitted that Nas smoked his punk ass. You are an internet taught buffoon who learn what he can about rap from wikipedia then tries to hold a convo thinking you're knowledgeable. You're just a fucking retarded Hillbilly who don't know shit so fuck off.
ll cool j isnt the goat he is better than jay z though
jayd4ever 1 week ago
To me, it's obvious that Jay-Z is a much greater rapper than LL has ever been, what Jay-Z has created with Kanye West, is groundbreaking, just listen to the Blueprint, or better, listen to their new album "Watch the Trone". They have a creativity that is fabolous, and has made a new great way, for hip hop, to sound.
janus5cl 5 months ago
@janus5cl WOW...you are a mindless idiot.....watch the throne is the biggest piece of garbage ever made....maybe comparable to Waka Flocka's Wackaveli....Do every one a favor and keep your coments to yourself. You have no clue what real rap is.
bikefreak1212 4 months ago
@bikefreak1212 Yeah Okay...lmfao!! Cool story bro!
sujalsalman 4 months ago
@bikefreak1212 What real rap is?? Then what is real rap, songs like "Paradise", "Headsprung", "Hey Lover" (Feat. Boys to men)?? You have to explain that to me. Why don't you do this debate a favor, and try to act just a little bit mature, it is kind of tiring to read things like, being an mindless idiot, just because of one's taste for rap music.
janus5cl 4 months ago

Now if digging "Wath the Throne" is being mindless, then a lot of hip hop critics is mindless, and though critics isn't always, I must admit I trust their praises I bit more than you, bikefreak1212.
chokoladeable 3 months ago
@chokoladeable Then they got you right where they want you.
bikefreak1212 3 months ago
@bikefreak1212 They would if Chokolable agreed with every record that got praises from critics, deserved the praises, but he don't, he just agrees with some, and disagrees with others. Just because you like a record that critics dig, doesn't mean that you haven't got an opinion of your own, And just because you like a certain new type of style inside of hip hop, doesn't mean that you're ignorant about what hip hop is".
janus5cl 3 months ago
@janus5cl I had high hopes for this there album. Idk if its just me, but I would have to say it's one of the worst albums I have heard to date. I couldnt even listen to songs fully through because of how basic nd elementary the lyrics are. I thought they wouldve at least tried to make a killer album since Eminem nd Royce dropped a album as a duo. Not one song wus good in my opinion and I would play Nas, Game , Bad meets Evil, or even the Carter 4 before I put Watch the Throne in.Nd I hate wayne
bikefreak1212 3 months ago
@bikefreak1212 Well I along other hip hop lovers, dig it, I think songs like "Welcome to the Jungle", "Lift Up" and "H A M" are fabolous. I understand clearly why not every hip hop fan share that opinion though.-

This guy perceptual talking bout how nobody gave a shit about Jay-Z in the 90s, outside NY, I'm from Baltimore dawg, and in Baltimore Jay-Z - Reasonable Doubt was the shit when it came out.
Casperzdc 6 months ago
Yeah right, and where have all nusser mc's you lektion, says that? I can find any place tha back that up, guess you're telling lies again. And besides that, if it were so easy for Jay to beat Elvis, why is he the only one, who has done it??
janus5cl 6 months ago
@janus5cl nobody else gives a fuck about that superficial bullshit LL has a real cemented Legacy so he doesnt need to manufacture a bullshit one like that, oh and Elvis estate earned 3x what Jay did last year so please dont try n argue Jay is on Elvis level coz he isnt even close n Elvis has been dead 40 years, LL INVENTED rap styles that every MC uses today when has Jay done that NEVER Jay bit Jaz Os style instead
ThePerceptual 6 months ago
@ThePerceptual "LL INVENTED rap styles that every MC uses today when has Jay done that NEVER Jay bit Jaz Os style instead" Rappers today are much inspired by the sound Jay-z created with Kanye, Drake, Kid Cudi, Lil Wayne and Whale are some examples. It's funny how much you talk about how LL inspired others, compared to how you haven't even come with an example. And also funny how you criticise my source, without showing any source to confirm you're own postulates.
janus5cl 6 months ago
@janus5cl Drake Kid Cudi n Wayne lmmfao 3 garbage MCs who are more influenced by LL Cool J, Drake makes 1000s of chick songs LL Cool J INVENTED that style of rap before him and before he made I NEED LOVE nobody made rap songs for the ladies LL INVENTED that style of rapping and EVERY rapper today uses that style on their albums and even the mos hardcore MCs have made at least 1 track for the ladies which is again a style LL INVENTED, Jay hasnt invented shit son
ThePerceptual 6 months ago
The Blueprint signaled a major stylistic shift in hip-hop production towards a more Soulcentric and sample-reliant sound, creating a number of imitators who attempted to emulate the album's atmospheric style. Jay and Ye invented that style, not LL. And so what if LL was the first to do a love song, that doesn't mean any rapper that makes a love song is inspired by him, they might as well have been inspired by Ja Rule.
janus5cl 6 months ago
@janus5cl LL invented that style so everyone that uses it is influenced by his creation, how does that confuse you, and Jay had nothing to do with the sound of Blueprint, Kanye and Just Blaze where using that sound before the blueprint if you knew even the first thing about rap you would know that what you jus said is retarded
ThePerceptual 6 months ago
@ThePerceptual Jay-Z created that style on the blueprint, that is why it was so groundbreaking about the album, the reason why it got all those high rates from the reviewers. And among several other thing's, a clear proof that Jay-Z has done something LL haven't done, contrary to some of all that nonsense which you've postulated earlier during the discussion.
Casperzdc 6 months ago
@Casperzdc there was nothing groundbreaking about it Jay rapped EXACTLY the same as he did on previous albums the only thing different was the production, Jay isnt a producer, Kanye and Just Blaze where the ones responsible for that and EVERYTHING ive stated relating to LL is FACT go do some research before talkin dumb shit, lemme guess your another under 20 child who is talkin bout shit that he has no comprehension of
ThePerceptual 6 months ago
@ThePerceptual I'm sorry sir, are you trying to tell me that all these following statements are actual facts?: 1.LL invented new rap styles all MCs use today.
2.LL never lost or ducked a battle on wax
3. Blueprint 4 album structure is the exact structure LL even KRS has stated that 4.Canibus won a round of the battle LL won one n LL won the war
5.If Jay-Z thought he could compete he would of replied to LLs several disses around Exit 13 6.LL created the blueprint for album structure Jay
Casperzdc 6 months ago
@Casperzdc @Casperzdc 1: The Rap BALLAD was created by LL & all rappers now make chick songs at some point 2: again FACT 3: RADIO is the STRUCTURE all mainstream albums follow 4: where's Canibus career now, EXACTLY, he won a battle but lost the war LL had him black balled 5: again FACT, why wouldnt Jay reply to a challenge from a Hip Hop ICON if he thought he could win 6: same as 3 STOP REPEATING YOURSELF
ThePerceptual 6 months ago
@ThePerceptual It's funny how much energy you waste on attacking others for they're references, when you can't even come up with a single one yourself. Facts? Where exactly? I mean where, besides inside you're head?
Casperzdc 6 months ago
@Casperzdc wow you are fuckin retarded little boy, its clear you know nothing of Hip Hop outside of mainstream media outlets like MTV who's credibility on the subject is laughable, if you had even an iota of intelligence you would simple google anything i have stated at which point ALL of it would be verified, but no since your a child you'd sooner argue subjects you have no comprehension of...now run along
ThePerceptual 6 months ago
@ThePerceptual Pardon me sir, but since if it is so easy to get information that confirms that these staments you've released, have any kind of truth behind them in the real world, and not just in your head, then you must have me confused. Because you attack and denigrate, rather than help me, whenever I ask you if you can refer to any of these sources you claim, are so easy to find!?!
Casperzdc 6 months ago
@ThePerceptual "Radio" ain't the Blueprint structure for mainstream rap, there's too big difference between that record and todays rap music sound with the likes of Drake, Kanye West and Lil' Wayne. In that scence you might as well say that "Rapper's Delight" , or "Grandmaster Flash on the Wheels of Steel" or Afrika Bambaataa's "Planet Rock" is the blueprint structure for "Radio". Now I don't mean to say that "Radio" wasn't isn't inspirational, but I think you're giving it far too much credit
janus5cl 3 months ago
@Casperzdc Oh and to answer you're number 5, well guess what Jay-Z didn't respond when MC Hammer recorded a diss song to him either, so are you telling me it's fact that Jay-Z knows he can't compete with MC Hammer, since he didn't respond to him either? They're can be given various of reasons why Canibus didn't get a great career, it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with his beef with LL.
Casperzdc 6 months ago
@Casperzdc he did diss Hammer but as I stated earlier Jay is a mic coward, he's ducked people his entire career since Nas and was scared of Pac, he ducked LL, DMX, Mos Def, Redman, Game, Joe Budden, Ice Cube, Jaz O, Beanie Sigal etc and LL ended Canibus mainstream career, ask Canibus, its in his interviews n music he admits it, go to canibuscentral . com/forums his hardcore fans will tell you LL black balled him
ThePerceptual 6 months ago
@ThePerceptual Jay didn't replied to hammer, it says so on hiphopdx.com among other sites,. As far as I'm informed Jay-Z, haven't directly dissed to anyone because since his battle with Nas, but rather have done it indirectly, because he don't want to waste too much time on beefs. Honestly I find that more trusworthy, than Jay being scared of battling MC Hammer and LL Cool J. LL ended Canibus career? That maybe your perception, but your perceptions aren't necessarily actual facts.
Casperzdc 6 months ago
@Casperzdc Jay dissed Hammer first and LL has already beat Jay once in a live battle and is one of the most revered battle rappers of all time, he ended multiple careers in the 80s and him ended Canibus career isnt my perception its also Canibus own statements that LL black balled him Jay has been affraid to battle for years its common knowledge he's a coward, LL has NEVER backed down from a battle on the mic
ThePerceptual 6 months ago
It's true LL and Jay have been battling in the 90s, but it's also true that Jay-z won several of them. And Canibus haven't stated that, 1)Coz the song "Second Round K.O.", produced by Wyclef Jean, was a success, with the video featuring Wyclef and a cameo appearance by boxer Mike Tyson. 2)Canibus wasn't all that bothered by "The Ripper Strikes Back" Coz LL said nothing which really could be taken as too offensive. Especially not compared to what was said by Canibus on "Second Round K.O."
Casperzdc 6 months ago
@Casperzdc 2ndKO wasnt touchin RipStrikesBack thats why Bis followed it up wit a better diss "jacktheripper" n Bis has admitted LL ended his mainstream career I KNOW CANIBUS personally, Canibus has also on songs stated that HE was in the wrong dissin a legend like LL n his fam in the 1st place with lines like "tyson aint the champ no more them days is gone and rip the jacker aint too stubborn to say when HE'S WRONG"
ThePerceptual 6 months ago

ThePerceptual 6 months ago
@ThePerceptual 3)Coz Canibus records suffered from lack of topical variety and uninspired production and from very little promotion by Universal Records 4) Coz Canibus blamed Wyclef for the general dissatisfaction going as far as to diss Wyclef, most notably on the title track of his second album ("You mad at the last album? I apologize for it / Yo, I can't call it, motherfucking Wyclef spoiled it!") These are factors much more likely to have prevented Canibus from getting succes, than the beef
Casperzdc 6 months ago
@Casperzdc you dont know wtf your talking about, Canibus hasnt been on universal for 10 years, his 2nd 3rd and 4th albums had great variety & production RTJ bein entirely produced by Stoupe Hip Hops illest producer & got sick reviews from global critics. I know Canibus personally and know who HE says black balled him, LL is an ICON n once Bis dissed Ls fam he couldnt get anyone in the mainstream to work with him, no MCs on major labels why u think no Def Jam MC worked wit him post LL beef???
ThePerceptual 6 months ago
This has been flagged as spam show
@ThePerceptual follows.

ThePerceptual 6 months ago
@ThePerceptual What are you talking about? Jay-Z have been honoured a lot of places, Rolling Stone Magazine, pitchfork medias, spin magazine, the Vibe, the source, nme, xxl, wire, GQ Magazine etc..
Casperzdc 6 months ago
@Casperzdc and everyone of them has honoured LL, so whats your point coz it didnt counter my statement in any way shape or form
ThePerceptual 6 months ago
@Casperzdc you are aware most magazine honours and reviews are bought and paid for by labels right? didnt know that lol

"stfu child ive been apart of Hip Hop culture for 20 years "
So what I know people who've been down with hip hop longer, who likes Jay-Z, Nas, BIG, NWA, but thinks that LL's a joke, a guy making one crap album after the other, desperately trying to still be relevant to a game, he's lost to over a decade ago.
janus5cl 7 months ago
"everything ive stated here's a fact " there's a difference between lies and facts.
"jus a lil jay z dick rider" "jay-z dick rider" what a mature thing to call me.
"who obviously hasnt even listened to LLs catalogue"
Once again you're messed up, I've heard a lot LL from "Radio" to "Exit 13"
that's why I can discuss this theme.
Wonder if you've ever listened to Jay-z, since you say thing's so far out idiotic as ""LL created the blueprint for album structure Jay follows"
janus5cl 7 months ago
Man where G rap been at..
Shlove68 7 months ago
Jay isnt even in the same league as LL, everything Jay has done LL DID BEFORE HIM, LL is a pioneer, a true original who created styles who created trends who created the blueprint for what a rappers career could become and everyone follows that blueprint today
ThePerceptual 8 months ago
@ThePerceptual everything "Jay has done LL DID BEFORE" What are you talking about? Whenever has LL done a diss track as tight and superior as "The Takeover"? Whenever has LL made a gangsterrap masterpiece like "Reasonable Doubt"? Whenever has LL made a record with as many flows like "The Blueprint"?
janus5cl 7 months ago
@janus5cl so Jay has made rap albums a lil different in style to the rap albums LL has made wow way to let my point soar over your head, and The Ripper Strikes Back and Too the Break of Dawn are better diss tracks than Takeover, Mama Said Knock You Out was a street album and LL has used about 30 flows more than Jay Z over the years n the differance is LL never bit styles of flow like Jay Z did LL invented rap styles and Jay never has, and the blueprint albums structure was created by LL Cool J,
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual " The Ripper Strikes Back and Too the Break of Dawn are better diss tracks than Takeover"
Those two tracks ain't half as superior and funny, as it is listening to Jay spitting lines about prodigy being ballerina more little than Jays money stacks. And lines about Nas career sinking so much, that even his bodyguards "oochie walleys" better than him.
Jay's "Blueprint" is hands down a lot more sophisticated than anything LL's ever done.
janus5cl 7 months ago
@janus5cl if you believe that your dellusional, Radio is better than Blueprint n it was made 15 years earlier by a teenage LL and Takeover is garbage compared to Ripper Strikes Back LL tore Canibus up on that joint and Too the Break of Dawn laid the blueprint for how to diss multiple targets all Jay did was copy its structure for Takeover without it Takeover wouldnt exist you must be a teenager
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual
12. LL Cool J - Jack The Ripper 11. LL Cool J - To Da Break of Dawn
10. Roxanne Shante - Roxanne's Revengge 9. Canibus - Second Round KO 8. Ice Cube - No Vaseline 7. Dr Dre and Snoop - Dre Day
6. Common - The Bitch in You 5. Boogie Down Productions - The Bridge is over
4. Boogie Down Productions - South Bronx 3. Nas - Ether
2. Jay-z - Takeover1. 2pac - Hit 'em up
This is a list made by readers of the reputable magazine XXL

@To Da Break of Dawnjanus5cl Now how come "Takeover" and "Second Round KO" ben placed better than "Jack The Ripper" and "To Da Break of Dawn" if these two tracks are so great as you say they?
Ohh and just two make an eample of how Canibus eliminated LL with "Second Round KO"
"You walk around showin off your body cause it sells/ Plus to avoid the fact that you ain't got skills

ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual "where 99 % of your fans DONT EXIST" How weak, Bis is appealing to the true hip hop fans joking about LL , about how soft he is, and how happy he is about flexing his muscels for the ladies, while LL's only respons is to joke about Canibus, just because Canibus isn't a commercial soft popnigga.
janus5cl 7 months ago
@janus5cl you dont know wtf your talking about, Canibus has even admitted LL tore it up on that diss track, thats why he recorded another diss to LL coz he felt he got beat at that point, he also accused Eminem of writing it coz he wasnt expecting LL to still be able to come that hard so deep in his career, and you jus proved you dont know LLs music sayin hes a soft pop nigga, Jay Z hasnt got a single track as hard as Momma Said Knock You Out n LLs catalogues full of joints like that BP3 was POP
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual "Canibus has even admitted LL tore it up on that diss track"'
Show me where he have admitted that, because I think you're telling lies.
"LLs catalogues full of joints like that BP3 was POP."
At least it contains hardcore tracks like "D.O.A" unlike
LL's horrible pop records "Todd Smith" and "The Definition" "Jay Z hasnt got a single track as hard as Momma Said Knock You Out"
Either you haven't heard "99 Problems" or else, you've forgotten about it.
janus5cl 7 months ago
@janus5cl he's admitted it dozens of times and he wouldnt of made further disses if he felt LL hadnt got at him thats fuckin common sense
and ROLFZ @ 99 problems bein comparible with Momma Said Knock You out, NO hip hop cat will ever cosign that dumb shit MSKYO is considered one of the hardest rap songs of all time period its an undisputable classic song
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual "he's admitted it dozens of times" I said show me where he's admitted that, instead of repeating yourself over and over.
"NO hip hop cat will ever cosign that dumb shit MSKYO is considered one of the hardest rap songs of all time period its an undisputable classic song"
Blah blah blah I know lots of cats who'd choose "99 Problems" anyday,
so that's some nonsense you're saying.
janus5cl 7 months ago
@janus5cl their obviously jay z groupies like you then coz ive posted hard facts n you've responded with naive posts based on "opinion" nothing more, like its a fact LL dropped diss tracks with multiple targets before Jay, LL invented rap styles Jay never has, LL created the blueprint for album structure Jay follows, LL was the first to own a major label, clothin line, major tour, LL never ducked a battle Jay has dozens, LL never bit rhymes Jay has, LL has beat Jay and Jay has since ducked LL
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual "their obviously jay z groupies like you" Say what? Jay-Z is more gangsta than LL ever been, Jay build up Rocafella on drug money, made a gangsta classic "Reasonable Doubt", and what have LL done? Made one wannabe gangsta album "14 Shots to the dome" which was considered failure.
"you've responded with naive posts based on "opinion" nothing more" why are you talking to yourself?
"LL dropped diss tracks before Jay" So what, that doesn't make him better at all.
janus5cl 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual "LL created the blueprint for album structure Jay follows"
Honestly, either you paid attention to any of Jay's singles or else, you suffer from a lack of musical sense. Jay never copied LL's style, that's a pretty far out thing to say.
janus5cl 7 months ago
@janus5cl you really REALLY struggle with understanding english dont you son, he copied LLs blueprint for album structure nobody said he copied LLs lyrical content at all, but album structure and song structure he copied off LL when you know what the difference is come back n reply
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@janus5cl by XXL lol if you think thats a credible mag then simply your obviously a kid from the suburbs, hit a barbershop in any Hip Hop neighborhood n ask who the illest battle rappers are you'll hear, LL Cool J, KRS One, Ice Cube, Canibus and 2Pac...
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@janus5cl lol @ you thinkin XXL is a reputable magazine its a joke and I could just as easily cite that voters phoned in hot 97 when Takeover dropped and voted ETHER as the winning diss in that battle and I can name dozens of disses better than half of that list...for a start Canibus Rip the Jacker was better than his 2nd Round K/O track and all Canibus fans would agree with that statement and No Vasseline is widely considered the dopest diss track off all time Super Ugly is Jays best diss track
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual "Takeover dropped and voted ETHER as the winning diss in that battle and I can name dozens of disses better"
Maybe in your opinion, but critics, readers and fans generally dig "Takeover" a lot more than any diss from LL.
janus5cl 7 months ago
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual Besides that Jay has stepped his game up, with mature records like "Kingdom Come" instead of selling out like LL, leaving everything at the hands of Timbaland, on terrible record "The Definition" or making big rap bloopers like " Todd Smith" and the even more laughable terrible "Exit 13"
janus5cl 7 months ago
@janus5cl lol Jay Z hasnt stepped shit up he's fell off hard n either way was never on LLs level, his last dope album was Blueprint n JayZ careers been carried by Kanye n JustBlaze production, LLs last mixtape was better than Jays last 4 albums n LL has more classic songs than Jay does + LL invented styles of rap jay hasnt, LL has also beat Jay in battle live and Jay ducked LLs challenge on Exit 13 so really Jay knows he cant compete with LL n thats a fact n LLs made mature joints since the 80s
ThePerceptual 7 months ago

@ThePerceptual "his last dope album was Blueprint" The Black Album is fairly considered a rap classic.
"American Ganster" recieved positive respons as well.
" LLs last mixtape was better than Jays last 4 albums"
Not if you like great rap music.
"Jay knows he cant compete with LL"
Thats an doubtful allegation, not a fact.
" LLs made mature joints since the 80s"
Name which joints you're talking about.
janus5cl 7 months ago
@janus5cl if he thought he could compete he would of replied to LLs several disses around Exit 13 FACT
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@janus5cl bottom line if you think Jayz is on LLs level u dont know HipHop, LL created the blueprint 4 rap album structure, he was the 1st MC 2 own a major label, only MC on major label 2 own all his masters, 1st MC 2 own major clothing line, 1st MC with a major tour, 1st MC wit major endorsements, LL invented new rap styles all MCs use today, LL is a founding father who paved the way, LL never lost or ducked a battle on wax, LL 1st MC with over 10 platinum plaques, 1st MC to complete major deal
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual ," LL never lost or ducked a battle on wax"
Both Wyclef Jean and Canibus have killed LL on wax.
" LL created the blueprint 4 rap album structure"
LL contributed, but if you really want to talk old rap history then you
have to mention Eric B and Rakim, Big Daddy Kane and KRS One
as well, it's not like LL invented it all.
Not even close.
janus5cl 7 months ago
@janus5cl no u dont because none of them where big sellers the mainstream Blueprint 4 album structure is the exact structure LL made even KRS has stated that, KRS is top 5 with LL but album structure 4 mainstream success was designed by LL thats an undisputable fact and Wyclef couldnt kill Souljah boy on wax, Canibus is my boy, i know him and LL destroyed him, Canibus won a round of the battle LL won one n LL won the war, Canibus is still hurt today n rhymes about LL provin LL had more impact

ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual @ThePerceptual LL has gone platinum on multiple albums with zero features n the ones he did have features on where underground features so they werent to boost his sales.
Not true, every hit single on "Mr. Smith" features someone,
"Hey Lover" (featuring Boyz II Men)
"I Shot Ya" (featuring Keith Murray)
"Loungin" (featuring Terri & Monica)
"Doin' It" (featuring LeShaun)
Besides that, "The Blueprint" only contains one, and "The Black Album"
conains none featurings.
janus5cl 7 months ago
@janus5cl I said LL has gone platinum on MULTIPLE albums not ALL his albums without features Jay has NEVER done that the Black Album may not of had direct features but it was full of samples including Madonna and R Kelly and Blueprint had the biggest selling rapper of the day featured to boost sales, LL has 5 platinum albums with zero features or singers sampled MSKYO, RADIO, WWAP, B.A.D, 14 Shots and half his others featured mostly underground cats, Jay isnt close to LLs level
ThePerceptual 7 months ago

"LL has gone platinum on multiple albums with zero features n the ones he did have features on where underground features so they werent to boost his sales."
Now don't be childish and try to run away from that fact, just because I proved you were wrong.
janus5cl 7 months ago
@janus5cl Loungin ft Terri & Monica was not a hit single...the remix ft Total was a massive hit in 95/96. i don't want to get into their whole catalogue discussion but Jigga can never make summer jams like LL Cool J. no one can deny that.
kreep2nite 3 months ago
@kreep2nite Maybe not, but he can make great soulful music and technically sophisticated flows, which LL definietily can¨t match. And he can grow old in the hip hop industry and still be relevant and great, unlike LL who has totally lost the game, with 4 pretty lame records straight.

I've got a lot of luv and respect for LL,
But hand down, Jiggaman is technically, lyrically,
superior to LL.

MXLIFE57 1 year ago
@MXLIFE57 Almost every rapper steal some lyrics now and then, if you do the math,
Jay-Z've made a lot lot lot more original lines, then stolen lines,
so that's how he can be lyrically!

@MXLIFE57 ahh youre such an idiot.. its not stealing lyrics hes quoting him.. you think Jay is dumb enough to steal lyrics from a rapper so popular as Big?? get the fuck out
TheLeoAndujar 11 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar Are you kidding me? Jay is known for biting other rappers. The only reason he started "quoting" them as he now says or "paying homage" is because the rap world was losing respect for him. Camron & Nas exposed the true length of Jay's biting in a diss song. Jay has bit everyone. He's paid & that's good but don't ever call that shit "quoting" when the number 1 rule of rap used to be "No Biting Other People Rhymes". And Jay bit Pac & Biggie so much he still got their DNA in his teeth
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@MackDaddyCoolC are you fucking retarded? its QUOTING almost every MC you can name has done it nigga. stop hatingg wttf? and if hes biting other niggas rhymes then why THE FUCK is nas, one of the realest and illest MCs in the game, fuckinn with him now after the beef? it makes no sense. sit yo ass down tool. go home
TheLeoAndujar 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar I can see your faggot ass is a Jay nut hugger who gets his pink panties in a twist when someone say something TRUTHFUL about that biting ass nigga. Jay has been biting for years & stealing other rappers flows & lyrics to pass off as his own. I'm not saying Jay ain't good, but c'mon he has been widely known for biting. He & Nas made up because it was good for rap. Nas don't need Jay & vice versa. They grew up. You sound like a 10 year old. A nerd trying to be down with cool cats.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@MackDaddyCoolC theres no fuckinn rrule to rapping you retarded piece of shit ITS POERTY theres no rules. and nas has quoted rappers, raekwon the chef, EMINEM fuckin quoted mob deep in a fuckinn rap battle you ignorant fuck. its not biting because real hiphop fans already know where the line is from. why the fuck would you "steal" a line from a famous rapper..? so everyone can know you stole it..? that makes no fuckinn sense please shut the fuck up you. i dont even know what to call you -___-
TheLeoAndujar 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar I see why most of the comments directed at you say you're stupid. You are new to rap if you believe some of the shit you come out with. Go listen to "Rapper's Delight". The first recorded rap song & find the verse that say's "Whatever you do don't let another MC steal your rhyme". Now that was back in the 70's & rappers have been following that rule since. It's an unwritten rule but most rappers have followed it. Man are you fucking slow or what. Stop sucking Jay dick so much.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@MackDaddyCoolC gotta love the complete disregard you have for the other points that ive made and EVERYTHING else i said about how real mc like nas, eminem, jayz, beanie siegel, jadakiss, jcole, ETC have quotes other artists as well its not just hov so im not sucking anyones dick you fuckin idiot.. im not new to hiphop im grew up in brooklyn listening to it my whole fuckin life and im an aspiring artist you dumb fuck. it not stealing rhymes niggas just say that to hate on hov when the reality is
TheLeoAndujar 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar So you're an aspiring artist? Good luck with that fucked up attitude you have. If you're anything like your idol then you should make it just fine. With that I mean shitting on others to reach the top, biting other people rhymes, releasing bullshit after bullshit & letting suck asses like you buy it, & generally not giving a fuck about nothing but being paid. I respect Jay for his humanitarian efforts but not his music or his creativity cuz he stole most of it from others.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago

TheLeoAndujar 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar You are quite possibly the most ignorant rapper/rap fan I haver ever come across. Rakim lyrics and flow was so far ahead of it's time that it changed rap forever. Even 95% of OTHER RAPPERS name Rakim as the best EVER!! Go back to Burt & Ernie & leave rap alone you dumb country fuck!!
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago

Most of the people you named patterned their style on Rakim ESPECIALLY NAS!!! Dude you named some good groups/rappers but NONE of them come close to Rakim style, flow, wordplay, or lyricism. You just arguing for the fuck of it. You are so fucking Country it funny.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@MackDaddyCoolC lmaoo youre so ignorant. the fact that you keep calling me "country" for the fuck of it shows your immaturity. Kid I am finished with you for real this time cuz now you just plain hatin' on Rakim for no reason other than to sound like you know something but you don't know shit. Later sperm drinking country fag. Go shovel sheep shit.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@MackDaddyCoolC lmaoo you keep saying that all the MCs im naming are good.. but then you say i dont know shit about hip hop..? you gotta love how much sense youre ignorant ass makes you fuckinn retard lmaoo. and i love how you completely blew off the jayz argueement after i made that statement.. man... what can i even say?.. you suckk xD dawg you need jesus
TheLeoAndujar 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar Anybody can name good rappers kid. Hell I can name good movies but that don't make me a director. I still say you don't know shit because of some of your reasoning. And as far as the Jay-Z argument I never blew it off, we just got side tracked ny your hip hop ignorance. You still think Jay isn't a biter & Rakim isn't the best. Those are your opinions. Did you go on any other video feed & say some of this shit cuz I'd love to see whay others say to you. See Ya Jethro.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@MackDaddyCoolC i did. no one could put up a valid arguement saying he was better than nas, krs, bigL or any of the underground MCs i named.. and wtf? i just want you to know that the movie to director analogy that you used was COMPLETELY irrelevant. doesnt even make sense. and not everyone can name good rappers idiot. somepeople think waka flocka is better than j.cole. you have to know about music to name good rappers and back up what youre saying. man youre dumb as fuck -__-
TheLeoAndujar 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar Man you just as stupid as the day you were hatched. I am willing to put "Microphone Fiend" up against any song you bring & have a vote on which is more HIP HOP LYRICAL. As a matter of fact I'll put "I ain't no joke", "Lyrics Of Fury", "When I Be On Da Mic", "Move The Crowd", "My Melody", "Follow The Leader" or most of Rakim stuff up against any song you bring & see which is more superior lyrically. Put up or shut up country bitch.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar The reason you didn't understand the movie/director analogue cuz you stupid as fuck. Look kid the last few days have been fun schooling your dumb ass but please let it go cuz you haven't got a fucking clue. You're just a country idiot who just discovered hip hop as opposed to all that hillbilly shit you're accustomed to. Now back to the barn fool & stop posting.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@MackDaddyCoolC ok dumbass. its an ANLOGY not an analogue you dumb fuck, second of all, i didnt understand it cause it was irrelavent. the right analogy woulve been director=rapper since they both create said item as opposed to knowing about them -.- you are too stupid to even insult i swearr
TheLeoAndujar 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar By the way, It's ANALOGY. If you're gonna insult then at least spell the word correct faggot.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar Nigga. Any Big L freestyle, Any B.I.G freestyle, Canibus, Benefit - So Sick, Benefit - Proceed with caution, immortal technique, almost every nas song, Eminem! oman idgaf what you say, eminem is the king of rhymescheme & wordplay period. who can make everything rhyme with eachother and have funny punchlines and sick metaphores like em? if you ask me hes lyrically better aswell. dawg, rakim was one of the most influential rappers ever. but not even close to the most lyrical son -.-
TheLeoAndujar 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar Ok country bitch. Name your song then & let's put it to the test. Hell I'll even set up facebook page to hold the challenge & after say a week or two we see who has the most votes as who is the most lyrical between Rakim & who ever you choose. You're just a stupid fag who still don't know shit. So let's test your theory. If Rakim lose, I'll come on this page & tell you how great you are & how stupid I was.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@MackDaddyCoolC ok fag i made a typo at least i used the right word retard -.- and my song is so sick by benefit.
TheLeoAndujar 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar Now I have to give you total props on that song selection. I listened to that & to be straight honest with you, THAT SHIT WAS AWESOME!!! I still got stand by MICROPHONE FIEND as the most lyrical song ever though but you know something, you got my respect for standing your ground & defending your opinion. Dude, I still say you're country but for a country boy you got good taste. Peace out on da real. Good luck with your career & if you spit like Benefit or Rakim, I'll download you.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar Oh yeah, Jay is still a biting ass rapper. I bet "Benefit" Never "QUOTED" any other rapper.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@MackDaddyCoolC ok thats because hes underground the nigga that hes quoting aint ever gonna hear it anyways whats the point? -.- em has, nas has, kweli has, mos def, common, kanye, its not just j -.- but that not the point. set up your lil fb shit to see what song is more lyrical. i cant wait to see these resultss
TheLeoAndujar 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar Eminem isnt close to the dopest lyricists he constantly sacrifices content for flow which means his verses are full of filler just to maintain a rhyme scheme, dope lyricists dont need to do that shit, Black Thought, Elzhi, LL Cool J, Rakim have never sacrificed content to maintain flow.
Also most of Eminems content is garbage that only appeals to teenagers n idiots, bullshit barrs like "ill shove a lava lamp up my dads ass" "ass like that"
ThePerceptual 8 months ago
@ThePerceptual youre only talking about his freestyles bro.. youre not supoosed to have deep lyrics off the dome its supposed to just be flow. and his songs where he just fucks around.. "ass like that"?? l? c'mon now.. he gets lyrical on serious songs and he doesnt use "filler" on the whatsoever.. and filler or no filler, thats his style of rap. no ones topping him lyrically AT ALL. but im not gonna argue with YOU aswell fuck that.. dont get me started on your jay vs. LL opinions -.-
TheLeoAndujar 8 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar your dellusional, im an MC and freestyles arent just about flowing at all, and Em isnt even a top 25 lyricist not even close he uses filler in 70% plus of his verses on his albums aswell, Black Thought, Elzhi, Canibus, Vinnie Paz, Redman, Rakim, Big L, Pac, Biggie KRS the lists endless of MCs who are iller lyricists
ThePerceptual 8 months ago
@ThePerceptual yes they are! where the hell have you heard a freestyle that makes sense or tells a stoyry?? none. theyre a presentation of flow, rhyme scheme and cleverness off the dome. and eminem has all of those things when he freestyles. and if you think that he uses filler on his album verses what so ever than your illiterate..
and are you stupid?? redman will never be nearly as lyrical as em.. in fact. Red himself mentioned em in his TOP 5 rappers of all time. youre just an em hater bro.
TheLeoAndujar 8 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar im an MC fool and I can freestyle stories off the dome all great MCs can, and who gives a fuck if Redman has named Em as great EM has said REDMAN is top 5 and has also said without REDMAN style there would be no Eminem, in no way is Em even remotely as dope as REDMAN is
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual thats not true. if you honestly think that every MC can freestyle a dope, lyrically decent, well put together stores like the ones eminem raps or immortal technique or even benefit or Andre 3k than you are NOT a real MC. wtf does it matter if em's style wouldnt exist if it werent for red? em would still tear him apart.. without rakim nas's style wouldnt exist, but nas is a better lyricist..
TheLeoAndujar 7 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar did I say every mc? NO i said the truly great ones can which is true and REDMAN would slaughter Eminem hands down, Em fell the fuck off after his 3rd album his last few have been beyond garbage
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual Red cant even kinda handle Em lyrically. REDMAN isnt even fuckin relevant anymore!! which i'm sorry to say because i love redman but man you gotta be kidding me! anyone who knows anything about hip hop knows that NOONE can hold eminem lyrically.. his wordplay and cleverness is fuckin insane.. you're a lame if you're hating on Em.. so he has filler.. so the fuck what? he can battle, spit some deep shit, some funny shit. hes on of the most well rounded MCs to ever live..
TheLeoAndujar 7 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar you dont know shit about rap if you think that, "nobody can handle em" LMMFAO BLACK THOUGHT SLAUGHTERED HIM on the BET cypher they did, Ems mediocre, only lil kids from the burbs think he dope lyrical, KRS, RAKIM, ELZHI, BLACK THOUGHT, CANIBUS, LL, METH, PHARAOHE MONCH, KRINO, PRINCE EA, ROYCE, CROOKED I, BIGGIE, BIG L, BIG PUN, JOELL ORTIZ, ICE CUBE, CHUCK D, INS, PAC, SLICK RICK, GFK, RED, are all better more rounded MCs than Em will ever be,
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual you're officially fucking stupid bro.. i'll give you canibus, big l, big pun and joell maybe.. but c'mon son! LL? CROOKED I?? ROYCE DA FUCKIN 5'9???? get the fuck outta here broo.. On that cypher, eminem had the illest wordplay and fuckin rhymescheme! how can you not like that??? then after his comes most def.. black thought was dope but it wasnt even off the fuckin' dome and even if it was he's not seeing em.. no hate cause i love the roots but common nigga!
TheLeoAndujar 7 months ago
@ThePerceptual big pun is the only rapper who has better rhyme pattern than eminem sorry but thats the truth
DoertyStoerty 7 months ago
@DoertyStoerty is he fuck, Tech N9ne, Elzhi, Black Thought, LL, Royce, Joell Ortiz, Crooked I, Canibus, Rakim, BDK the list just goes on and on
ThePerceptual 7 months ago
@DoertyStoerty wrong
RayMagic12192 7 months ago
@RayMagic12192 ok maybe pharaohe monch but thats it maybe em hasnt the best lyrics but his rhyme patterns are ill
DoertyStoerty 7 months ago
@DoertyStoerty i agree with eminem being amazing lyricist but there are other great lyricist out there too
RayMagic12192 7 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar Man you just dumb. Now you BITING my insults. Just goes to show how weak your punk ass is. You still country bitch. Yeah Too Short is my favorite. Let explain to your country ass why. Short Dogg never sold his soul to make it mainstream like so many others have. He always kept it like he started. Banging beats, good music, pimping & hustlin'. I KNOW for a fact that lyrically, Too Short ain't shit. But at least he stayed true to himself instead of the dollar & he still got paid.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@MackDaddyCoolC ive come to the conclusion that you are illiterate when it comes to music and you just went on google and searched up "lyrical rappers" and posted the first nigga you saw cause if you think rakim has the most lyrisicm, wordplay, and rhyme scheme out of EVERYONE then you just might have downsyndrome..
TheLeoAndujar 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar I can't believe you actually think nas style wasn't influenced by Rakim. When did you start listening to rap? 2011? Man are you really that fucking dumb? Listen country boy. I been listening to rap since it began. I don't look it up & pretend to know the answer. Either I do or don't. You are an aspiring fool who will always be aspiring because you don't know shit about the music you're trying to make. You just make shit up that you think is rap knowledge. Man you are so dumb.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@MackDaddyCoolC i didnt say nas style wasnt influence by rakim. i said nas is better -.- student can be better than the teacher alot of times jackass. lmao you are a funny little man "country boy" with you immature ass. if you been listening to hip hop "since it started" (ignorant statement) you must be pretty fuckin old.. first and foremost GET OFF YOUTUBE AND DO SOMETHING WITH YOURSELF YOU WORTHLESS FUCK -.- and second. why are you so immature "go to kansas country boy" go home fag xD
TheLeoAndujar 10 months ago
@TheLeoAndujar You are too fucking stupid to be allowed out by yourself. Even Nas would slap your country ass for saying some of the bullshit you say. Nas is good, But a better lyricist than Rakim? Dream on Billy Bob!! You just a stupid HILLBILLY trying to be down. Take what I taught your ignorant ass back to the farm & talk to Peggy Sue & Uncle John-Boy but don't try to express shit in your own words cuz you sound infantile.
MackDaddyCoolC 10 months ago
@MackDaddyCoolC and one more thing before i dismiss your dumbass. i just realized not only did you say rakims was a better rapper than nas.. but you said he was a better LYRICIST.. you have to be fucking kidding me.. Rakims and Nas flows are argueable.. cause Rakims flow is untouchable. but lyricist???? Get the fuck out of here Nas has him topped on lyrics, punchlines, rhyme scheme, vocab, is uncomparable to rakim. or anyone your dumbass can name for that matter.
TheLeoAndujar 10 months ago
