Quan got way worse after taking lessons from Judy. When he first started taking lessons from her he was 2300, now he's only like 2000. But before that when he took lessons from Yi Yong Fan, he turned from 1700 to 2300. Yi Yong Fan is the best coach there is and he is rated number one in the country. Judy is only 2000. Also, Yi Yong Fan is the coach of the junior national team. Judy sucks at coaching and dont ever take lessons from her.

Quan is actually way better than this. i know caus i know him. By the way the best player in the country lives in seattle. His name is Yi Yong Fan and he is my coach as well. There are tons of good players over 2400 here. Quan is the second best junior in the entire country.
