However, there are a lot of things that raise fundamental questions that haven't been answered or shown on TV & I don't believe it was a human error. This resembles the last plane crash on 9/11 where no one has seen any bodies. A crash like this happened earlier with the same plane & all people onboard survived. So after less than half an hour it's on TV what happend but the investigation never happend. The plane was left there for 5 months and no one from poland could come and do research on what happend.

[3] Russians are pointing out, that pilots did not follow procedures for this kind of flights, nor even the manual of the plain (which, for example, prohibits using autopilot on landing). There is much said about the pressure on the pilots; in the past polish president used to give direct orders (like flight to Georgia at a time of conflict with Russia; pilot refused, and as the result lost his job). On the tape from the cockpit you hear pilots saying ‘he will kill us if we will not land'.

[2] Nobody should try to land with visibility lower than 120 m; plain systems were giving correct warnings about altitude, and were ordering to go off; however, Polish pilots made a few mistakes; the biggest: use of the radio altitude meter which was giving the false readings due to the shape of the land. This could be avoided if they knew more about this airport, or they taken the Russian nagigator, which was before a common and accepted practice for all polish plains going to SU.

@IDeeAlystiQ Kaczynski was very old-school..otherwise he would have changed this polish airforce one for a modern western jet like embraer or Boeing 737-800/Boeing B767....I don t think this was murder but human error and stupidity...the pilots wanted to go to another safer airport but he(Kaczynski) said no..this aircraft had a history of breakdowns..it should have been replaced direct and not keept in service..why should the polish government fly around in soviet relics.

@am1966ath I agree that the aircraft was totally outdated and even after inspection, I don't think I'd get on it myself. However, there are a lot of things that raise fundamental questions that haven't been answered or shown on TV & I don't believe it was a human error. This resembles the last plane crash on 9/11 where no one has seen any bodies. A crash like this happened earlier with the same plane & all people onboard survived. Any accident where there are no survivors should be investigated
