I can't to see more of Eliot's secrets. Does anyone else wonder just how Nate knowos Eliot so well. I'm wondering if Nate and Eliot isn't related so how.
@katiekaniac Nate did spend years chasing Eliot remember. He would of course know more about his past than the others. He was there. I wouldn't read too much into that at all.
Anybody know what those leather belts were for be sides looking cool when he cocked the pistols with them. I mean were they shoulder hoslters or susenders or what?
@Jordan882007 can't remember if it was Christian Kane that said it (on twitter) or the head of their costuming (Nadine), but I'm pretty sure they said it was a knife holster (for his throwing knives)
I remember watching this episode when it first came out and when it got to this part and showed Eliot pick up the gun and told Nate to get out of there I was about to lose my mind because I thought Eliot was going to die for a second. Then I remembered, Eliot's a BAMF. So I knew then he was going to live...
He reminds you why he was such a lethal hitter. You can imagine how terrifing it would have been to come face to face with him in his original profession
This is great especially the Christian and really really need help because I am from Croatia and on our TV's series is not shown, please help help, where this TV show because I pltit multibillion account for the internet!
I think it was to clear any remaining enemies, in case he hadn't gotten them also. And if he shoots it first, a new round of thugs can't use it against him.
Does anybody know what song is playing when eliot is sliding through that oil stuff? It sounds kinda like Once Upon a Time in Mexico stuff. Just wondered cause I really liked it.
@eikumbokum It's TV, get over it. It's not like only this show does it. Can't deal with it, don't watch. And anyways, they were crates, not just cardboard boxes or plastics.
Just proof beyond a shadow of a doubt that Eliot Spenser is SUPER HUMAN. Batman said once "Guns make killing easy. We've forgotten that it's ugly." I believe that is why Eliot doesn't like firearms. Without one, there is an element of difficulty involved.
More than disappointed I missed this when it was shown due to driving to the state I now live in but I do Love Leverage and Eliot's Character and Christian Kane as an Actor.
The thing that always scares me about this scene is that the fact that Eliot used the gun. I think he didn't think he was going to make it out of there alive.
I hope he doesn't become addicted to using guns in the next season! But thank you SO much for uploading this. Eliot is my favorite. :)
Finally, a high body count shootout in a TV show! The thing I despise about modern shows like "CSI" is that there's NO action anymore. Leverage more than made up for those lame shows, especially with this scene.
Does anybody else miss the old school TV shows like "Hunter", "Miami Vice", or "The A Team" where they actually had action scenes in TV series?
@Kersey475 Well there are plenty of modern shows that have action scenes, but shows like CSI is not action, they are crime solving, it's more intellectual science and investigative skills rather than running around guns blazing. Old shows like A-Team and Miami Vice speaks to the style of that generation and time, things have changed a lot since then.
The last bit with Eliot`s counterpart reminds me of the final gun battle in Quigley Down Under. As Marston lays dying, referring to an earlier conversation concerning Colt revolvers, Quigley tells him, "I said I never had much use for one. Never said I didn't know how to use it."
Eliot is awesome! This is the only time you ever see him using a gun. I mean he always kicks ass and I would love his moves. And that move he does at 3:12 is awesome, him shooting and avoiding the bullets is fucking sweet.
People didn't understand at first why he was standing there all of that time before he started shooting, and I told him because he was timing it. They couldn't shoot for shit, he was just one man and not one bullet hit him? lol. I like how they did this scene, because they didn't make it any way easy for Eliot. You can see he was kind of nervous, but at the same time, he knew he would come out clean. Like he said, just because he didn't like guns, didn't mean he didn't know how to use them lol.
MY FAVORITE SCENE!!!!!! He was kicking some serious ass in this one baby! I can watch this over and over again. This really showed and proved that his skills are over the top. This is one of my favorite episodes, because it showed just a piece of him, a side of him we've never seen before. He's done things in his past he's not proud of, (like anyone else), but it shows it made him a better man we are watching as right now. Eliot definately "Bad" in Bad Ass. Love this man! Go on Christian!
My god I love this scene!Kicking ass and looking hotter than Hell doing it!But what else do we expect from Eliot? lol Ohh The shirt! They should make him wear blue shirts like that ALL THE TIME.It brings out his eyes beautifully along with his tanned skin.Mmmm....
When I watched it, I nearly peed myself. All I could say repeatedly was... "He's doing a Boondock Saints. OMG he's doing a SAINTS!!" Freaking awesome.
love this scene but i loved the quigly down under line at the end of this fight better you should put that up and with the quigley one to compare i saw that line and right away knew what it was from it was awesome
@pojo205 Snakes On A Plane is a piece of crap that was purely made for stupid laughs and screams. A great episode and great acting. I love how Christian's eyes slide toward the gun, knowing what he's got to do and accepting his mantle. It was always like watching him become a different character - the 'old' Eliot. And he couldn't even look Nate in the eye once he'd decided to do it.
