Ahh dude, you're toatally not too old to learn now. A lot of viable musicians learn their craft at later stages in life. 17?! That's not old at all. Just watch other drummers, and play to play, not to be famous (well not for just material gain). That sounded really corny, but you shouldn't be discouraged to pick up any instrument and make some noise.
Thanks anyway man. Maybe later on in life ill try and take some lessons. Now its mostly just school work and then college, since I dont already have a drum set it'll be pretty hard to practice. I love listening to Paramore's songs and just wishing that was me playing lol. I know you say play to play and not to be famous but, I really think you will make it somewhere in the future man.
