OMG PEOPLE! It's the first freakin episode. Watch the rest of it before you go saying they ruined it. All the characters are there, besides maybe Nancy, Helena, Lily and Sundance. But common. It would have been boring if the show was exactly like the books. Just give it a chance. Yeeeahh, but seriously. I hardly think spelling the word book as 'buk', thus leaving out 1 letter and spelling it like an idiot, is useful. You have to learn to grow up someday. Because chatspeak isn't going to help you when you're an adult trying to get a job.

So far there are 13 episodes scheduled to air for Season 1. Whether there is a Season 2 depends on ratings. Currently the show is getting a little over half a million viewers per episode which isn't bad for a Canadian show airing in Canada (it placed 41st in last week's ratings).

Remember that the show is set in Alberta. In Alberta the drinking age is 18 but it's a normal thing for teens to drink when they're in their teens. It's very realistic that Amy would go to a party where teens were drinking.

saddle club went for two seasons and this story line is WAAAAAAAAAYY better
even mcleods daughters which has crap acting and stuff has gone for 7
so they better keep running this show

Amber Marshall, who plays Amy, does a lot of her own riding on the show but I'm not sure how much a stuntwoman is used.

Thanks so much for posting. I don't get to watch this, in US and no cable. It was different from books. But books are always better than shows. Thanks, it was good watch. I didn't like Ty in it though.

So far there are 13 episodes scheduled to air for Season 1. Whether there is a Season 2 depends on ratings. Currently the show is getting a little over half a million viewers per episode which isn't bad for a Canadian show airing in Canada (it placed 41st in last week's ratings).

oh. Yea but I wouldn't do it tell I was proper drinking age. Oh well thats just me:P. Even if there was a party id still go just not drink:P. Oh yea by the way thanks for posting!

Remember that the show is set in Alberta. In Alberta the drinking age is 18 but it's a normal thing for teens to drink when they're in their teens. It's very realistic that Amy would go to a party where teens were drinking.
