Based on the success his brother has had, as well as the fact that Rob Ryan is a very good defensive minded coach..he should get a head coaching job somewhere in the league soon. But both, he and Rex, have very engaging personalities and I think that translates well to the players on the team.

Seeing the big mess Al Davis has made the Raiders since the SB in 2003, it is he, not Lane Kiffin who is responsible for the current state of the organization. If that 79 year old thinks he can win 2 SB's before he dies he is more senile than I thought.
The Players played hard for Kiffin and even Jamarcus says Lane wasnt opposed to drafting him. Shows what a big liar Al Davis is.
drafting mcfadden wasz a mistake. He has Fargas and bush no need for a third no matter how good. Get a pass rusher or an o-line man would have helped alot more. That being said McFadden should do great he's just not a great fit for the raiders
