Obviously you know nothing about Rashad, he is a highly effective counter-striker.. one of his main styles is 52 blocks which is a subsidiary of Jail House Rock. Which is ALL defense.. so, no. Rashad will win this fight with some ease.

Both LHW's are elusive fighters and they counter... so someone is going to have to take the offensive side. I got Evans on this one, I want to see Page vs. Evans later on down the line and I think Evans will remain undefeated for a couple of years. The one that will beat him will be Jon Jones in a couple of years. Thats a crazy prediction but I got Evans over Machida and and Page. I love that White Stripes track.

The guy is not known for knocking people out and he rarely even finishes fights. His won his last 7 fights by 1 submission, 5 decisions and his one and only K.O. against T.Silva.

It's simple to figure out who is going to win this fight, since we are all making predictions here. Machida is no doubt talented, but he has not had to face some who is as well rounded, and naturally talented as Evans. I know people want to hate on him, because he knocked out the golden boys of the UFC, but he will probably just be too much for Machida to handle.

i Know it only takes 1 punch to end a fight, but watching him fight griffin, he doesn't have the skills to land too many on an experienced striker. Machida is much more elusive than Griffin, i can see him leaving this fight almost completely unbruised. If he DOESN'T, ill honestly be more impressed JUST BY EVANS HITTING Machida than i have in any of his recent fights where he got his ass beat round after round then just lands 1 ko punch. I dont see Machida letting Evans get that strong right in

Lyoto just needs to watch out for Rashad's hand. Rashad's ONLY chance of winning this fight is throwing strong right and catching Machida on the button. I haven't seen him pull out any other techniques that look to even make him stand a chance vs. Machida. He landed a leg kick on salmon but Salmon is a fatass fish, that win was pretty much a given. He ko'd an exhausted rookie, that's not impressive. He has a good wrestling base but not good enough to rely on for the win.!Machida 3rd round tko!

Machida has an excellent style and all, and I respect him, even though his fans keep disrespecting Rashad...but Rashad is something else, man. People are starting to get Machida but they don't get Rashad..Rashad has an uncanny ability to pick up on his opponents timing. Combine that with a great chin, slick footwork and fast powerful hands and you've got Machida's toughest fight yet.

One thing a lot of people do not know is that Lyoto is also a Brazilian champ in Sumo. He can keep westlers at bay and has shown it against Tito (better Wrestler than Rashad).

i pick sean sherk, matt serra, and lyoto machida. sean sherk has been around way longer, and is very well rounded, while on the other hand frank edgar is a very one dimensional fighter(wrestling), sean sherk has a great takedown defense as well. matt serra has a harder punch than hughes, hughes is very stiff looking on his feet to me and i think serra will land a bomb and end the night. machida is very elusive and a great counter puncher, evans has more ko power, i pick machida all the way.

Rashad had a draw against Tito which really meant he lost because tito grabbed the fence so a point was deducted. Machida threw Tito around like a child and Rashad couldn't even budge him and he's a wrestler so that says something plus Machida train's with Andreson Silva which is a great striker so I'm going with Machida

Not necassarily. If Tito hadn't grabbed the fence, Rashad would have been able to get more takedowns and earn more points. And why do people always have to compare Rashad vs Tito & Lyoto vs Tito anyways? It's not rock, paper, scissors dude. Just because Lyoto did better against Tito doesn't mean he is automatically gonna win. I'd say Chuck Liddell did better againt Tito than Rashad did, and look what happened when they fought.

Here's what i can say about this fight between Evans and Machida... I really cant see how evans will try to do to defeat machida. machida is so elusive. One thing i know for sure is that Machida's CHIN is not been tested yet because its hard to land a punch in his face. IF EVANS win the fight i could now say that he is one of the Greatest in MMA history and i will not doubt him. In the Serra and Hughes fight i want the terror to win.
