  • Amen vvvv

  • This recipe looks delicious! Just remember, catfish are bottom feeders and are scavengers. They have no scales and are considered haram. Use a cleaner whitefish like Cod. They are healthier and halal.

  • OMFG im so hungry!

  • Hi Alia.. Just a tiny request.. If possible when cooking dishes in the oven, could you ad the cooking degrees in Celcious to the recipes as well please, for those of us not using Fahrenheit? Thanks.. ;o)

  • @lamlil

    cheers :-)

  • I tried it. It turned out to be very nice. Next time I can just add more spice.

thats not really smart for a comment its

like a prejudice why did you say that???

  • hey i was kidding. It was to bring out the absurdity of anti-semitism :-\

+ when it was written there was a wave of antisemitism in France.

Anyway it was a fleeting comment and so let's not start a conversation about it here! Great dish! You're a great cook.

  • no worries :-)

    pease :-)

    cheers!

  • Awesome recipie ! But why you didn't use the fresh lemon juice form your natural lemon instead of that nasty green bottle?

  • Hi Youssef,

You can absolutely use fresh lemon juice. I am using pre-squeezed lemon juice and it's ok. it's not nasty as you might think. it makes cooking easy and quick, especially for people with heavy schedules.

    cheers :-)

  • wow- i am very selective with my food and this was one of the best meals i have ever had (and i have traveled many places and tried many foods)!!!!!
