Hi Alia, great job.....just little comment thoug, being born and raised in Essaouira Sea Bass would be the most suitable fish for this dish....allthoug Tilapia and Catfish are delisious they are fresh water fish and they dont that great baked flaor along with the lemon and spices a fresh - NOT Frosen- sea bass would

You can absolutely use fresh lemon juice. I am using pre-squeezed lemon juice and it's ok. it's not nasty as you might think. it makes cooking easy and quick, especially for people with heavy schedules.

you know, if you type in 'Google' something like '350 F in C' it will give you the answer. try it out, it's so helpful!
