  • @Mr19dave75 Each part is only a couple mintues long. I did that because I didnt want to spend 2 hours uploading a vid. For some reason its fast to upload abunch of small ones. I explain that in the first vid

  • I have a few questions, First is why didn't you use the primary bucket & second, Why didn't you use water to mix with the juice ?

    Other than that, Nice videos.

  • @ThomasPaine3 Well my primary bucket is getting this really fruity smell from all the wine ive made in it so I think its time to retire it. Tryed everything to get that smell out and no dice. Anyways a Primary bucket isnt really needed. You can primary like I did. As for the juice welches juices are already at a specific gravity of 1050-1060 which is 6-8%ABV no need to dilute in fact you need more sugar to bump up the booze lol. The frozen concentrate you need to add water though

  • 1118 champagne doesn't form too much of a krausen as you will have noticed by now.. used it a few times. have you tried the wyeast 4021 champagne strain??

  • @mbcyclery YA the Krausen was really low. Never used the Wyeast strain. I only have used dry wine yeast, but in the future will go liquid
