"Some Girls" jus' BUGGED Me for some reason??....but agree that "Tatoo You", "Emotional Rescue", & "Steel Wheels" (LOVED "Mixed Emotions"!!)...had some nice tracks....Haven't got myself to the new one as of yet Paul........
Silk Torpedo garnered some of the best songs of the 70's! Atlanta, Is it Only Love, Belfast Cowboys. I'd say radio listeners were cheated out of hearing some pretty phenomenal shit, without even mentioning the SF Sorrow and Parachute period, some kind of rock n roll conspiracy!
@PAULLONDEN TOTALLY AGREE on your Stones take Paul.....though I'd give them everything thru the "Black & Blue" Album ....but MOSTLY Everything after =Rubbish!!...
.I wonder how their music would've turned out if Nils Lofgren had joined em' instead of Ronnie Wood....Coulda' been QUITE interesting??.......R n' R My Friend!!.Eric
@Millerfarrsuperstar1 Yeah, I was a 'bit' over the top there, Even "Some Girls',had it's moments. and "Tatoo You",wasn't half bad either. (because they where all 7T's left overs). After that it was all "Durty Woik".(very well payed, mind)
That guitar riff sounds very Pete Townshend-like. But that's a good thing.

Their last good 7T's album.
It would be 1998 ,till something interesting came again.
