Thank you for this message on letting go! I always knew this was part of the equation to manifesting but I couldn't seem to put the pieces together. This doesn't mean we will get everything we intend but it does put us in tune (frequency) with the source. For most, it feels counterintuitive to follow the fearful thought-train because they are afraid it will pull in what they don't want. But truly, not 'going there' means those fears are coming in to bite you unconsciously if you don't shed light on them and allow them to dissolve. This is so beautifully put. I have found this to be so true in my experience!! For most, it feels counterintuitive to follow the fearful thought-train because they are afraid it will pull in what they don't want. But truly, not 'going there' means those fears are coming in to bite you unconsciously if you don't shed light on them and allow them to dissolve. Doing so allows you to bring more love and intensity to the opposite! Thanks for this wonderful insight! xo

This is a similar concept to the spiritual exercises that Ignatius Loyola received through divine inspiration and also is similar to active imagination to some degree. Once again I always feel that manifesting works most naturally when tuning in with God and allowing events unfold that we could never dream of without Gods creativity, love, and imagination. (TO ALL) I maintain you can't classify all high frequency as good and all low frequency as bad. Then you are just following the religion of doing what makes you feel good. Being high frequency means living according to your beliefs, not in the light. If your beliefs are ill but you are set strongly in them, still only doing that which is consistent with your beliefs will give you high frequency vibes. In that case, low frequencies ( doubt , shame, uncertainty, anger ) are good.

In my case my true love and I were together for 1 year separated from one another by circumstances beyond my control for 2 years and have now been back together for 2 years and counting. As far as this vid - following the feat timeline - it actually allows you to set the fear and focus on fear away because you have looked at it. I find that subconsciously we still focus on the fear if we have not looked at it....

Hay mmayan, I do believe in a type of energy that connects everthing in life whether thats the frequencies u been talking about idk. Is the power of manifestation simply optimism?
