the xsi doesnt take bad pictures under low light :p its an SLR camera....thus not a point and shoot one....if you fix up the exposure as its intended to be...then its all good....and obv the best of the 3 :p

the rebel works just fine in low light with manual adjustment of the ISO and/or shudder speeds.

I use this exact camera for night photography with great results.
