basketball? i was thinking football. and slo mo??? this is agility. if ur eyes are to slow to follow what hes doing u should just play sports for fun instead of training to get better. faved this video
dude, can we get a slo-mo followup? waltz and hopscotch and anything that has "crossover" in it is way difficult to follow. i don't know if you meant this to be instructional or not, but some of them go way tooooooo fast.
