  • Hoooooooooooly shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit.

  • I bet that gas lights on all the time in that thing lol

  • good one retard. rev the the engine of a 70k car with a ice cold engine and no gas. i have a 2011 M3, i know the car well. respect that beautiful car

  • @masibaby

i love it when ppl lie about what they have on youtube hahah so funny just like you got an m3 NOPE !

  • And that is my friends, why we never buy used high performance cars...

  • Seems like you have a flat tire

  • sooo pointless

  • Might want to fill up soon :P

  • maybe its the old version like 2008-9 i know that the bmw m3 have new gear and lunch control and i love that car !!

  • Why is the redline at 6500rpm ?

    Isn't E9X M3s supposed to redline at 8300rpm ?

  • its because the car hasnt warmed up yet. it will limit the rpms until the car is fully warmed up then it will go up to 8400 i think

  • Thanks Scoggs117 for clarifying. Looks a lot different to the E46 but same concept i guess.

  • yeah all bmws speedos look like that, except only m's( i believe) have the mving redline sadly.

  • Well three series and below have the oil temperature on the right hand bottom gauge. 5,6, and 7 series have a bar taht tells you MPG according to instantaneous gas usage.

  • it was on the '09 328i i was driving too, the oil temp is a m thing

  • The red line adjusts according to how you drive the car. Or the car may be new. When you buy an M3 brand new it red lines at 4500 rpm, you have no choice but to slowly break the motor in.

  • @shawnheather323i It because the engine is still cold. The yellow line will move up according to engine warmth. When the engine is warm enough the yellow line will disappear and let you redline to 8k rpm.It doen't have to do with new or old or breaking in the car. This is standard on all BMWs from its 2l 4 cylinders to its 5l v10s.

  • @besttyler Makes sense. But the M cars do have break in periods when they are new. You can't use full throttle or rev over 4 or 5 thousand for a certain amount of Km. There are a lot of rules you have to follow with a high performance car

  • @shawnheather323i All cars need to have a break in not just M cars. And there is nothing that is restricting you from revving the engine to its max like a temporary limiter, your'e just not supposed to,but you can still rev it to its max if you want.

  • It`s because the engine is cold, when its warmed up the redline goes to max.

  • I'm doubtful this is an m3 at all. You can hear the turbo whine....

  • Why is that...because of the big M of the instrument cluster?

  • but its definetely a V8 :)

  • Thats not turbo whine, and this is m3.

  • its not turbo

  • im asuming the the ///M on the right gauge is only for visual purposes?

  • There is no turbo in the M3!! Its a very light weight motor..Thats what is sounds so high piched..

  • you find your diesel SUV more exciting?

  • You must have driven it in a video game.

  • Get some gas and initialise your tyres

  • man, you need gas

  • living with a v8...

  • que estas en reserva chavaal

  • u aint got much gas at all so thats why the gaudges were blinking

  • Ahhh, someones mom forget to feed him today.

See, people with money, generally have a few more brain cells than you. We know that treating a 60,000 car like a POS, will make it a POS, and we will be forced to drive a Civic, like you.

But no, this guy doesnt drive it

ALL he ever did, was pull it out of the garage, video it revving up, then put it in storage , right ?

Your a fucking faggot, go back to your civic with a spoiler and knowing jack shit about cars

    Goof (kiddy toucher)

  • fuking pussy carnt take it 2 the red light. you gay that aint called sound.

  • Your just jealous your POS Civic runs so shitty it CANT hit the redline.

Whats a loser for trying to maintain a 60,000 car. Sheesh.

    Nice car!

The BMW, not the previous posters faggot car.

  • Shut the fuk up all you got it a ford escort you prick. And whats the point of having a nice powerful car if you aint gna drive it and show it off. FUCK YOU PUTO. Also if its 60,000 then u saying leave it in ur fukin garage u fuking prik...

  • Wow that BMW V8 sounds lovely! By the way, how do you guys know the engine is still cold?

  • the rev limiter is only at 6,000 it would be at 8,400 if it was at proper temperature.

  • It constantly changes. The RPM meter has lights that change.

  • right, thats why I said if it was at proper temperature.

  • the lights on the RPM meter will tell u, they increase/decrease accordingly

  • I've seen quite a few videos where the car has been flogged, and the lights go all the way to 9.

  • under the tach, there is a temp gauge. its all the way left, therefore cold.

  • oopps someone needs gas and has a nail in the tire tiss tiss

  • Fill the tank and your tires douche bags.

  • get some fule... 19 km left... :)

  • Sounds good. But revving a cold engine isnt the smartest thing to do with a car like that. Disgraceful. What was he thinking? lol

  • yo, you have a nail in your tire

  • ey man , you need some more gasolin and your your tires is flat ;D

    nice car,just love it <3<3<3

  • godly car. fuckin love it

  • Somebody needs Gas!

  • He is revving a cold engine. How smart!

  • Why did mt dick just get hard?

  • AND you need some gas

  • wat the hell ? y is the rev gauge only up to 6500 rpm ?

  • The engine is cold, if it is warm it could rev up to 8400rpm.

  • Yes it is an engine adjustable redline. Very cool and very safe for your car. You can rev with confidence!

  • ooh so as the engine becomes warmer, the rev limiter like allows the driver to rev up till 8400 rpm !!! CCCOOOOOOLLLL !!!

  • Thats right!

  • yup it is like that on the e46 M3.... oh how i miss it..

  • LMAO, revvin a cold engine with a depressurized tire LOL

  • Why is the revlimiter set up to 6k RPM?

8250 rpm are normal i think...

  • Engine's cold. Usually takes about 10 minutes to achieve full working order. You can see the yellow rev bit creeping round as the engine heats up :D

  • lol, didnt know this... nice invention to protect the engine of lil kids who rev dads car in the garage

  • With only 19 miles on the car, it's probably better he didn't let it warm up and go WoT. Although, a warm engine and limiting to 5k revs would be ideal.

  • with cold engine don't push more than that :)

  • true, plus put gas in it :)

  • moreeeeee gas

  • awesome ..
