Any accents aside, i'm gratified at the passage of this legislation. I haven't read the law yet but, going forward, it doesn't take a brain surgeon to see how valuable genetic info would be to unscrupulous (all?) insurance companies and employers. There must be very strong enforcement measures and serious penalties for any person or company compromising (selling/receiving) individuals' confidential genetic information.
