Oh man, as a programming enthusiast, watching Stark get dressed by that machine is so hard. It would probably take months for a normal person to come up with that much coding to get everything right. *cringe*
@MisterHeizenberg HAHA! I was waiting for someone to say that. Thank God I wasn't the only one that thought this scene was similar to the Starcraft 2 Marine Trailer lmfao.
I keep hearing these fucking supersonic purists out there complaining that there is NO WAY Tony could survive the G-forces involved in repulsor-assisted flight, nevermind going supersonic.
To them, I say, "Who the FUCK do you think you're talking about?" Do they SERIOUSLY think that Tony Stark — the guy who built the Mark I in a CAVE with a box of scraps — didn't FORESEE the problems of pulling 10 G's...?? That's the beauty of the Mark 2 and 3... BUILT-IN blood-pressure compensators.
@ZeskoWhirligan I agree, Stark with his knowledge would of found away too compensate for the G-forces. Still I like the movie(s), and will be in line too see The Avengers.
@ZeskoWhirligan The G-force is so immense when going supersonic speed that there is no possible way to deal with it. His best bet is making a suit that allows regular blood flow and allows his body to be in one piece
@ZeskoWhirligan And one has to take into account the fact that his armor is damn near indestructible. Taking a direct hit by F22 cannon fire and being able to survive a hit and fall from a tank round requires some kickass alloys and new materials, certainly not like the ones people find in the garage. I believe you're right, Tony is smart enough to have planned ahead.
infact every scene from the iron man movie in which the music "driving with the top down" plays is cool. thats the part from this awesome transformation, to the part with the AWAC and the Global Hawk follow him.
The problem I had with Iron Man is that the armor he's putting on in this scene is only shown on screen for like, ten or fifteen minutes. Iron Monger showed up for like, six minutes.
@Zairox99 He's barely in the final suit in the first movie compared to the second movie, which kicks ass by the way. I also meant that Iron Monger is shown at the very last second, like Venom in Spider-Man 3. Because he's shown so little as a villian instead of a regular person, it doesn't give you enough time to say, "Woah, that dude kicks ass," unlike Whiplash, who appears in a fight more than once.
I want to see somebody make a homage/parody of this set to Samus Aran putting her armour on
