  • @Zabatsion its etiology mind ur spellings please if u have one!

  • @srq6666 he has an accent.. give em a break :)

  • no no no! you do not ask the patient "do you have lymphadenopathy! thats a negative point" also " did you recently kiss somebody? are u kidding me! you check the goddamn tonsils during PE and report NO enlarged tonsils.. I am getting shocked here i can imagine the american SPs going :-o ! Sorry!! Not good!

  • it is a good explanation about posible cause of fever. i was reading some coment and i agree with avoid medical terminology ... but remember it is an easy test for american students becouse they going to pass any way, no one is going to stop then. the rest it's depend of many factor.. unfurtunatly..

    good luck avery body

  • a patient doesn't know medical jargon, so it's not a good idea to ask questions with strict medical terminology (unless maybe if your patient IS a doc). Don't say " Do you have any lymphadenopathy?" They won't know what you're talking about and will probably say "NO".

  • believe me guys, u dont need to see these things.

Dont get overworked with this one. Its an easy exam. If you just do the first aid....you WILL pass!

  • lol I liked that one medclass 2003

  • i mean you would examine for lymphadenopahty but you would ask a patient if they have noticed any swelling

  • eat less amount of food?

    why doctor?

why would i ask a patient do you have any lymphadenopathy?

  • u missed hodgkin's lymphoma. fever night sweats and weight loss

  • are u a radical christian?
