it is a good explanation about posible cause of fever. i was reading some coment and i agree with avoid medical terminology ... but remember it is an easy test for american students becouse they going to pass any way, no one is going to stop then. the rest it's depend of many factor.. unfurtunatly..
a patient doesn't know medical jargon, so it's not a good idea to ask questions with strict medical terminology (unless maybe if your patient IS a doc). Don't say " Do you have any lymphadenopathy?" They won't know what you're talking about and will probably say "NO".
