You have him in a good stance with ear protection, and by the way the muzzle jumps it looks like you just guided his hands but didn't ruin the recoil experience by bracing it too much. when kids are taught how to use a gun, respect the danger of firearm, and practice gun safety when they were young, then they will grow up normal.

Looks as though you do very well in teaching weapon safety.A very good video.Guns are not dangerous, stupid people w/ guns are dangerous.
