I have the same issue with the O2 sensors... for some reason its reading high voltage. According to my mech it's because the exhaust is too wide on the tip and doesn't measure the air coming out correctly. Sucks each sensor is about $225 a piece and we need all four! Nice job though!
The rear two sensors are just regular o2's and shouldnt be much more then $100. The front sensors are a little bit more, they have more to do with the afr. A voltage issue is normally due to the wiring more then anything...
I found the issue and I found out it wasn't the O2 being read incorrectly, it was the brake power booster, it had a perforation. Now my baby it's at her 100% again!
Thx, I try really hard to keep the car from being ricey. It would sound better but for a while now i guess ive had some o2 sensors get messed up and now it does sound ricey but i'll replace them all soon. New exhaust setup and a few other goodies coming in late feb or march...
Well hotshot is retired so you can buy those new anymore, and really hard to find them used. Cattman has the fulll setup of headers/y-pipe but its costly. So how about you call them up yourself and ask to get all the details...
Fujita CAI, Kinetix Intake Manifold, Polished Lowers, Customer Headers, Mossy cat-back with 28" lourvered core resonator. I think Thats totals about 2500 or so when it all said and done.
Also have full nismo suspension, Stillen STB, Stillen grounding kit, NGK iridium plugs, UR underdrive pulley, SS break lines, and I think there are a few other things but i forget right now...
To be honest, the intake manifold. It was easy to put on, 'bout two hours I think, gave some really good gains on power from 4500 and on. And looks sick. Headers were a long and frustrating process that I wish I really didnt do.
As far as a replacement goes, your right, I do have my 300. Only problem is I need a winter car and I want to keep the miles as low as possible. It's on 71k right now and I dont want to see 100k for atleast another 5 years. But probably be getting the last gen infinity I35. I could get better but I want something...well more relaxed.
Lol i was just playing. I was hoping with that comment some Honda guy would jump on and tell me how stupid I am and that I need vtec or something along those lines.
