This is the last track on the "Holy Wood" album. The song ends the same way the first track begins.

What is spinning around as the teenage girl kills herself is the "Holy Wood" album (ie: "songs that she shouldn't hear". The "Holy Wood album, of course, being , a concept album about how he was blamed for the Columbine shootings and a bunch of other stuff.

Or at least that's my interpretation of the song..

Here's why the song is about a revolver: The very title, "Count to six and die" speaks to the six chambers in the cylinder to load the bullets into on a revolver. The chorus speaks to the game of Russian Roulette, in which you take a revolver, load in one bullet, spin the cylinder, hold the gun to your head, and shoot it. Whether or not the chamber that you shot from was loaded obviously determines your fate.
