great. kill them while their young in the millions. mature eels in middle europe have become so rare, that its forbidden to fish for them in my country. we are running projects for thousands of euros just to keep them from total extinction im parts of the rhine. greets from germany

@StarWoors actually it is possible to breed them in farms, but it is much more expensive than with other fish. the problem is: our local fishing clubs see no sense in buying little eels for releasing them into rivers and lakes, because they sooner or later went to sargasso sea for mating and never come back. But the elvers that should replace their parents never reach our waters. so the circle is broken and if we don`t stop fucking around with them, they will sooner or later be gone forever
