Pretty good and honest performance of Cecilia. One reason I like LiliAna is that her covers are not simply copies of the original but real interpretations that show what the song means to her. Usually I love them (as here) but occasionally I might prefer the original. However I would rather have LiliAnas personal interpretations than other peoples pale imitations of the original, which is what too many you-tube singers give us.

I should like to add my own views on this version. To me the original was intended to make light of a deeply held feeling of hurrt whereas this cover confronts the emotion head on. I think that this young woman is something else !

As an AVID Paul Simon fan, I am usually irritated whenever a girl sings one of his songs. This is because EVERYONE tries to sing with Tori Amos' trademark breathy...thing.

But there is NO way to cover this song like the original without the cast of Stomp! at her disposal.

This girl doesn't overdo it. It's very simplistic, and retains its catchiness...and yet it's endearing. Kudos.
