Lancia was powerful and fast , but steering was pretty problematic (due the heavy tail) and, as accidents showed, the bodywork was weak. Peugeot has good steering system and so was better rally car.

don't forget that S4 was the 1st evolution, Peugeot 205 T16 was already at 2nd

evolution...the 2nd evolution of the S4 called Lacnia Delta Ecv should be

a monster, like the Ecv 2 but we cannot know this things because the group b is only a good memory, sorry for my bad english

I´m sorry, but the Ecv was a prototype for the Group S regulation wich should introduce in 1987. It was an idea of Bernie Eccelstone, building only 20 cars, i don not konw the exact quote, but something in this direction, about 300 Bhp and NA-engine.

But due to the happenings in 1986 funny frenchman J. - M. Balestre, still dont know how to pronouce it, cancelled everything and make the Group A cars to the top.

But still a great time to remember.
