I love seeing the guitar being learned - This brings back good memories. Stick with it, it no time you'll find you get better faster and faster - Besides it will bring you a lifetime of joy so every moment is worth it. Good for you dude!!!! You have timing and that's half the battle.
Thank you for the encouragement! I think I will enjoy this for a life time :) My dream is to play songs for my kids and family one day(once I get married and have kids)
Nathan!!! I'm sooo happy to see you've been learning guitar... and you are doing amazingly well for only 2 months! You are way better than I was - I only started picking individual notes fairly recently!
Awee thank you! I didn't think I had good rhythm! but you noticed I did so maybe I'm better now. Maybe knowing guitar will get girls to notice me! hehe.
I want to become as good as you. The Challenge is singing and playing at the same time, I can only do that for one song so far.
You do... and the more you play the faster you'll be able to play too. But yes, I can see you have a natural talent for this because you are doing so very well!
Haha yes, you will get more girls attention now for sure... music is kind of like a mating call haha.... you know how animals in the wild make sounds to attract. hah
I am so humbled that you want to play like me... I am so basic , I feel like I don't know what I'm doing lol but yes you will probably surpass my skills very soon!
And the singing whilst playing part can be slightly difficult at first... but once you feel more comfortable with the guitar part then it will be easy. The strumming becomes like automatic pilot kinda after you practice it so much..you won't have to think about it. On the other hand, I find it incredibly hard to sing and play bass at the same time so far.... but not for regular guitar.
well I've never been able to pat my head and rub my belly at the same time so I'm not very good at multi-tasking! But I will learn. My skills won't surpass your own, but I hope in maybe a year to be able to play the songs I love the way you do!
Hey, "Wild Thing" was playing at the bowling alley when I did my Birthday Vlog. You couldn't hear it on the video, but you could see The Troggs singing. You play pretty good for only two months. Keep up the good work.
Not at all bad for two months! I do not believe that you are tone-deaf. There is only one person alive in the whole world who is tone-deaf: my husband.
Hey, you are a bit late with "Stille Nacht", methinks, but your video is very soporific.
Well your husband and I share that in common. I didn't know what the word soporific meant so I looked it up. If thats what my video is you can watch this video if you ever have trouble falling asleep!
If only I could load your music on to my neolithic Walkman mini disc player I would place my special little loudspeaker under my pillow and your guitar playing would lull me to sleep.
If you really wanted I could send you the Mp3 version and you could listen to that. But that would require you to have either an mp3 player or an ipod.
hey its coming along fine. good luck.

Why thank you Mr. Boogieman! It's so weird when a night time monster from your childhood comes back to complement your guitar skills.

Thank you Jim. Wild thing was the first song I learned actually, and its the only one I can sing and play at the same time so far(almost).
