A friend of mine knows the local theater owners. He said the ticket sales on "An American Carol" far surpassed any Michael Moore film they've ever shown. It also did better than Al Gore's poor excuse for a documentary. Frankly, I want to buy "An American Carol" on DVD too so I can freeze frame scenes to count all the celebrity cameos. Dennis Hopper was great as the judge!

The theater was packed when I went to this movie. The aidience roared with laughter over and over again. I loved it! There were so many celebrity cameos that I lost count. Trace Adkins fit the role as the angel perfectly, and Jon Voght as George Washington was touching. Kelsey Grammar as General Patton should take top honors.

It's very patriotic and destined to be shown every 4th of July. I'd rate it as one of my top 10 favorite films of all time. Hilarious!
