Love this "underground cult" flick....watched it often growing up!! Love the way the Kaufman's wrote the film around a soundtack and made the film coexist with the selected songs!! Amazing filmstry!!!

Love this flick.I've never seen anything like it despite people comparing it to the warriors (also excellent) its so weird and cool.One minute its all light hearted and comedic then out of nowhere it keeps changing like the ducky boys showing up.Whats the matter stitch dont we have a category for you? Man, I love this movie. That Terror is one big DUDE!! I grew up in NY, so movies like The Wanderers and The Warriors kind of bring back the good ole' days. Us wiley and street smart NYers never took any bull, even if it was from 400 plus pound Baldies. But them Ducky Boys would have scared me a bit, those psychos weren't playin' with a full deck! ~Gods Blessings~

A TRUE BRONX FILM. This movie was overshadowed a bit because THE WARRIORS came out around the same time. This should be remade AND filmed in the BRONX. Opening shot is the old FORDAHM ROAD, The Alexander shop is now Ballys total fitness

Loved that too.

Although .. the book could be downright nasty sometimes and the movie doesn't follow it vey close ... I still really enjoyed it and would like to endorse it, especially for teenage boys. ;-)
