Venture capital given to small start ups is the ultimate transfer of wealth from rich to poor.Investors care little about the size of one's bank account, or skin color. They base decisions to pour money into an enterprise based on vision talent and dedication of the people running it. This is what works. Over 5 trillion dollars of wasted taxpayer money via the New Deal and Great Society have only made poverty worse and have led to moral and economic bankruptcy. Liberal programs do not work.

Before debating Health insurance, remove all health insurance provided by taxpayer. Certainly Congress and House members are not exception. Their Health Insurance should be removed first.
