  • Great Concert! Great Saxofone solo!

  • fuck the sax.......really cool like the drums fuck yeahhhhhh

  • @ojela666 yeah the drums fuck yeah \m/_

  • 240p we meet again........

  • This is footage from Foreigner's "Live at Deer Creek" dvd concert. In fact, the first time I saw Foreigner performing live was on YouTube. And the song was "Waiting for a Girl Like You" from this same dvd. I liked the live versions so much, I went out and bought the dvd. It doesn't suprise me that they were amazing live. God I love Foreigner. But I guess that isn't surprising, considering my name.

  • Sax player: the dude steps up in command, plays in spirit with skill, is physical, fits in, the dude's a genius.

  • great sax. guy's not a pro sax player. some producer. sounds the best of any version. he has the "urgency," not sitting around playing sax for dough.

  • @vcx9dfne

    he is a pro player

  • Great tune

  • Lou's voice is so crisp in this concert.

  • This song is an all time classic on so many level and will live forever~

  • This song was 30 years ago no.8 in the world charts #foreigner

  • ... Well I'm gonna be blunt here, from 3:09 to 4:33, I came once for every second that passed

  • I've seen them two time in concert they sound like in the cd's great sound...

  • YES! :) Great!

    Greetings from Sicily

  • the best to the best

  • I never played sax or a reed instrument. What this guy does is maintain interest -- by his playing and his movements - in what is usually a boring solo on an instrument that usually doesn't belong in a hard-rock show. It's quite well done. The following guitar solo is dull and pale by comparison.

  • cool cat on the sax, Max. Good method while playing loud and commanding the stage, Cage. Manages to bring a long solo to a climax that, on first hearing, moves to the climax. It's like sex, the sax, Max.

  • This is my ALL TIME Favorite Rock Singer and Song. The Sax Player Scott Gilman must be the BEST to have run around playing this Solo LIVE and get it 100% right. He gets a Humble Bow from Mick the end - Quite fitting. I would have got on my knees

  • I like it!

  • se ve horrible.....

  • @atelierbywolf cállate imbécil

  • Sin duda es la mejor version en vivo, resalta sobre todo el solo de saxo y siempre contundente la voz de Lou Gramm, excelente performance. ESO ES ROCK

  • Great sax, in the context, considering the outfit, the attitude, the performance, the lust.

  • Why people would complain about a sax solo. This is the zenith of the song, the part everyone is waiting for. It was done so many different ways and was great each time. A great time for music and the band. One kick ass concert.

  • Simply breathtaking sax solo by Scott Gilman !!!

  • TROP FORT OR TOO STRONG!

  • excelente version, inigualable a las versiones actuales,

  • I like the vocal and the sax, great rock

  • I like the vocal and the sax, great

  • I always loved the harder edge Foreigner songs better than the softer ones that they started writing in the middle 80's.Lou Gramm was the best.Mick Jones was the one that wanted to record more softer songs.

  • This so fucking AMAZING!!!!! Great version!!!! MIck Jones and Lou Gramm!!

  • some nice sax in this tune!

  • it is when better than lady Gaga

  • motherfucking ALTISSIMO BABY!

  • @fritzietina you're a goofy bitch. how many times did jimmy page, jimmy hendrix, or stevie ray vaughan, or hell...stevie wonder for that matter ever play note for note the exact same version live that they did in the studio. if you expect that, go to a sax recital. don't look up rock horns players. thanks alot...i'm sneezing like crazy all over my monitor cause im allergic to stupid shit.

  • Everytime I hear this on the radio I think of the chick's boobs, covered in vomit.

  • @hammertime0101 dude the fuck?

  • @hammertime0101 Yeah me too. She really got around.

  • @hammertime0101 hahaha, this is the sickest random shit ever.

  • @fritzietina Have to disagree. The sax player is bending the notes, which all rock instrumentalists do, so of course notes being bent are out of tune. This is very hard to do perfectly live and this player does a great job . In a studio, the producers have choices of multiple takes. Plus this live sax solo is 3x longer than the studio version, tough to sustain. This is not to take away from the studio version, which rocks!

  • @CaptainQueue I just want to say as a singer the vocal is equally as difficult. This is a challanging vocal especially if you have any intentions of sounding this punchy.

  • @fritzietina this ain't classical musical

  • @fritzietina dude this rock n roll... if you want perfection, ur in the wrong show. this is about attitude!

  • Wow! Grandiose sax playing by Scott Gilman! What an artist and soo sexy...

  • Estimated friend, if you want to listen again to this song and an endless number of successes of the love I suggest you to visit Radio MUSICA PARA MIMOS - it looks for his direction URL for Google (scribe Musica para Mimos in Google)-. The best romantic music of all the times in Internet, is going to please you, is very good ...!!!

  • I LOVE LOU 4ever!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is NOT Jr. Walker playing the sax.

  • 80's hair plus sax on a rock band = High School Daze for me 

  • what s with all the stage cadgets and scenery ! we dont need it ! keepmusic real

  • Just too good to be true, this band....and Im so, so, so glad that Gramm is back on his feet. God Bless, Foreigner...

  • @MisterCrazyLegs You know Lou is no longer with Foreigner. He has his own band-Lou Gramm Band. Just sayin......

  • Bruce is looking good here, too!

  • vip parking?

  • One of my favorite songs growin up. They still pull in fans by the thosands..check out their other vidio live from 2002..just a sea of people. And his vocals are still impecable!!

  • excelente volver a vivir esto gracias mil

  • de terror este tipo del sax

  • how can you be a man and like this band? Foreigner are total flamers.

  • @wetslinkey1 I think you're the faggot.

  • This has got to be the most annoying song ever .Foreigner made cliched k-mart generic brand of rock but they managed to rise above thier level of mudane and forgetable songs with this tune.It sticks in the skull like a cancer that has to be medically removed.

  • These guys were HUGE when I was in high school. I forgot just how much they ROCK!

  • Longtemps que je n'avais pas eu ça en tête!

  • 5 peoples are not very urgent

  • We want Rooooooooooooooooooock!

  • these guys rock, got so stoned in the 70s to this song, sometimes I would forget and Iwould bogart the bi g fat joint, back then we had em big as your thumb...

  • saxophone is so bad in this song!!

  • the sax very good instrument 1 of the most populars music instruments excellent song foreigner 4 ever

  • Live at Deer Creek!!!! COOOOOOLLL!!!!!

  • This band rocks. I love it and all. I don't think the saxophone needs to be in this. tharts like not rocking.

  • Just try singing this with the same intensity and power. Singers are the ones who can really apprecaite his unbelievable vocals. So many of his songs were balls to the wall.

  • Rokas gyvena amžinai !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • THE BEST FOREVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Einfach nur Geil!

  • MAn this is INSANE. Love the Sax probably my fav musical instrument.

  • Saxophone.... no good

  • The sax player on this hit record is the great "Jr. Walker". I remember around 1981 when these guys came back stage after our show in New York and invited us down to Electric Ladyland Studios's where Jr cut tracks for Ungent. Always loved this song. We did a remake of it. You can here it the Madonna Movie "Desperetly Seeking Susen". Sax player does a good job of copying Jr.s performance. peace Coolmix44

Foreigner is BadAss ... but how rockin would it be if Seether did it???? Also when you hear the Sax think about a major queef... lol! that'll put a smile on your face!

    It did mine :-)

  • silver back central

  • CRAZY TENOR SAX

  • I saw Foreigner as a no name (then) warm up act to the Doobie Brothers in Manhattan, Kansas 1978. They opened with "Cold as Ice" and everyone went berserk. Everyone sensed something historic had happened. Glad to see success came their way. They deserved it.

  • @kevin120857 That was probably 1977

  • @tryithere IT SHOULD BE 1985-86 OR SO , MICK JONES NOW 65 SO ON THIS VIDEO HE IS ABOUT 45 ..I GUESS

  • @12gallery This was 93. It's from Live at Deer Creek.

  • @12gallery

Anyway after the 81, on the studio recording of thi, there was the great Mark Rivera on sax

  • @kevin120857 haha, that's awesome i was born in '82 and this is the music i listen to. i couldn't imagine seeing these guys as a no name band, especially opening up with "cold as ice." i'm sure you guys were like holy shit haha.

  • no mames! otro pedo de rola, me cae...

  • I like that guitar riff, so incredible.

  • This is a fabulously awesome song!!

  • buenissssiiiimmmmaaaaaaaaaaaa**************

  • que buena rola - y tambien el saxofon ¡¡¡¡guuuaauuu!!

  • unicos!!!!!! lo mejor q existe !!!!!!

  • I meant to say Tom Gimbel is still playing sax with the band today, not Gillman.

  • That's Scott Gillman. One of three sax players who spent a lot of time with Lou. Mark Rivera and Tom Gimbel the other two. Scott Gillman still with the "new" band w/o Lou--brain surgery took its toll on Lou's singing even though he is fine otherwise.Benign tumor.

  • who's that playing sax?

  • perrisima cancion!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • hay van mis mil estrellas y luceros.

    gracias por el video

  • chrisnouvelle, mate, foreigner made there mark in history in eighty's!! nolep.
