There is that kind of love. The love that kills you when you're apart, the love that makes you phone when you're not together, the love that will turn away everyone but the person you share it with. It's harder to find since we have more people around, but it's still there, and it's still found once in awhile.
John and Yoko are the only ones I know of, though. Strong enough to break up the Beatles, it was. You just need to look.
Fazem muita falta !!! Salve Ray e Betty !!!
This is playing at my grandfathers funeral. The song just touches the heart everytime they sing. Most beautiful song ever, means the world to me and my family. Thankyou for posting!!
This in The Parent Trap with the rain and everything ALWAYS makes me cry...and oh god when Michael Keaton sings this in Jack Frost. GAH. :'( Heartbreaking.
Will always remember you Natasha Richardson, simply gorgeous, inside and out.
God I remember this song and this year so vividly. Still have the record, but whatever happened to Margaret Clarke. Are you out there Midge? That was a meteoric love we had. Brilliant, then gone.
hmm i donno if its just me but i would have prefered it if only Ray Charles was singing this.. theres something very calming about the way he sings this..
@robbieoros ahhhh...it's NOT the original. Originally written in 1944 by Cole Porter and recorded several times by different artists prior to Ray and Betty recording it in 1961. But, it's without a doubt the definitive version. Wish we could get it on Youtube.
I have been watching The Parent Trap forever since it came out in '98, but the musically challenged person that I am, never knew this song was a Ray Charles song until today, 12 years after the movie came out. Congrats to me!! haha!!! :)
I love this song. I just spent the past few hours listening to it over and over whilst crying 'cause I'd had such a bad day at school today. :'( And it makes me feel sad 'cause of the scene in The Parent Trap and to know that Natasha Richardson who plays the mom has died. :( Aw she was so beautiful. Bless her. I didn't even really know her except from that movie but I love her anyway, she was a fantastic actress. xx
Parent Trap flashed back in my head. :)

There's usually tears involved. It's a very unattractive business.
