Hey. im using xna 3.1 and the water was developed by following riemer's tutorial on advanced terrain/water.
basically, you create 2 planes, a reflection map and a refraction map. then you combine them to create a water effect. Mine is a bit jittery at the moment because im updating the camera in the wrong spot. But its a low priority to fix atm lol
Jeep needs grenade throwing and wheel floaties :-)

weapons are done, but adding models for grenades will be done once i get to fine tuning :)
