you have an SRI(short ram intake) not a CAI(cold air intake) but nice sound, i wana buy a weapon R for my eclipse but it seems super sketchy cause i've never heard of weapon R, does it have a CARB # on it?
yeah at the time i made the video i didnt really know there was a difference, but i have the secret weapon air intake which isnt CARB approved but they make a series of intakes that are, and im sure they make one for eclipses. but i guess weapon-r isnt really talked about that much because of how expensive some of the intakes are. mine was like $250, but i can actually feel and hear a difference in my engine. and i have never had a problem with them, even on my old cougar.
its a 3.0l V6. but i will get a longer clip, it changes the whole sound of the engine i think, its alot louder i guess. but it definitely does not sound the same.
is that a 2.3 or 2.0 litre? I have a 2005 2.3 and im thinking of buying maybe a K&N for it. Sounds very nice BTW, but I'd like to see a little longer clip maybe of you driving it to get a better idea of how it really sounds.
Still sounds like minivan.

but most ppl buy injen intakes and aem ones and those are shitty and dont do anything at all, all the do is make a cool sound but thats it.
