@gbacani the only reason i asked is because i do better with notes, than watch it. I thinks theres a system called muscnotes or something like that that you could type in the the notes other than connecting a keyboard to the computer

@22013: it's not that i don't want to write it down for you, it's just that i can't -- i'm an ear player exclusively, which has many limitations unfortunately. i've been wanting to start note-reading, but just can't get it started. so i probably won't be able to write notes down on either on paper or through musicnotes.

how did u get the sound so crystal clear on the vid. did u hook up a microphone to the camera or what

I used an audio recorder (Zoom H2) directly connected to the headphone jack of the digital piano. The video was recorder separately. Windows Movie Maker was used to sync the audio and the video.

this is really awesome I so wish I could play as good as that - maybe a little practice would do me good and and and ......... a piano would be good to have lol too. I got a keyboard but it doesn't have the same effect. *sighs*

I believe I was just messing around with the reverb effect. Maybe your keyboard has that? I'll be uploading the tutorial as soon as I get some stuff done at work (maybe next weekend) if you want to learn it :)

yeah, i listen to the theme with a keyboard next to me so i can try to play along with it. eventually i get it.

to be more clear, ciscodiaz28, some parts were improvised. i did not play it exactly like the actual piece. the chords and bass line were improvised, and some parts of the melody were made up. the tutorial is coming soon, hopefully this weekend.
