  • Can I ask how many hours you spend in gym every week on average? I really like this video, hope to learn from you.

  • You are very good keep it up.

  • I love ur Agility keep it up.

  • This is awesome video. Were you in gymnastics earlier? I can only do several proper form pullups (but training for more now), and being in figure skating when I was younger I just found it to be much easier to do anything that has to do with legs and abs than with lats... extra work required cause no earlier training

  • @xanyxxxx No, I lifted weights since I was 18 but no gymnastics and when I tried to do pull-ups at 41 I could only do one. So, I had to do major extra work because of my age and I was pretty bad at pull-ups:)

  • @cwestfitness I can see you being very successful if you decided to become aerial straps artist. Most female aerialist have nowhere near your upper body strength. You'd do really well on straps especially because they require lots of back and shoulder strength and hardly any female aerialist has what it takes.

  • P)S: Can I ask you also, since you started pullups at a later age--did you experience shoulder impingement issues at some point? I am having impingement issues due to improper form earlier and this is hindering my progress, as after each several months period of training I literally have to lay back and let shoulders heal.

  • @xanyxxxx No, no shoulder problems:)

  • @xanyxxxx No, no shoulder problems:)

  • @cwestfitness That is absolutely amazing!! How did you gain such strength in short time? Is there any tips you can give or routines on the pullups. I'm able to perform 10 wide grip pullups and have a vid, if you can take a look and provide some help. Thank you! :)

  • Awesome display of strength. One of the strongest women I ever seen.

  • Thanks Bar Starzz:)

  • @BarStarzz Ah, yess, you are a true star - warrior woman. Honestly, I have never seen a lady that strong - and so controlled - and you said you;re 44. THis is gold.

  • can you do a one arm pull up please make a video .. and go for the bar-barian requirements

  • I will look at this site and see what I think. I can do one arm (10 reps on each arm)but only assisted so far..I can also do one arm with added weight (35 pounds is my best). They are not true one arms but are much harder than regular pull-ups even with your non-working hand on the fore-arm.

  • !!!You Rule!!!

  • Thanks so much. I checked out your video:)

  • amazing stuff, never felt the need to comment here before, but your hot stuff. Come to the UK!!

  • Hey thanks so much:)

  • Awesome stuff! You should do an ab flexing video for us. Noticed you have a ripped midsection there!

  • Thanks:)

  • do people ever fall off the running machine when they see you doing that stuff!!!!!!!

  • New people at the gym do:) But all my friends all the regulars..they kind of don't pay attention any more ..they are like oh yeah there is Crystal doing ten million pull-ups YAWN..LOL...When I train at a new gym (traveling) it is HARD to get my work-out in cause poeple want to talk:)

  • so cool! - you would make one helluva rock climber - perfect build (light and super strong)

  • Thanks, rock clmbing and martial arts are next on my list of things to try:)
