Joy is always up for humor, but her point was that Bush, the one WHO GOT US INTO THIS MESS, should be putting his head into the books trying to get us out of it, whereas Gibbs, who isn't the president of the United States & it wasn't even a big press conference (about 80% of the population wouldn't even have known about it if it hadn't been discussed on THE VIEW) should be allowed to have some levity. Also, we weren't in the recession yet when Bush danced.
