Living in NYC is not a right- if people can't afford to live here it's because demand is high to live here. There's this notion that people have a right to other people's property or labor, no one has a right to another person's labor and money, if someone bought a home, and maintained it you have no right to it, plain and simple. People in NYC need to move somewhere else if you can't pay your rent or cut your expenses, don't act like children and want it both ways.

Bloomberg carried himself well in this debate. Thompson was defensive, and his only real strong point is the term limit point. If people think that THAT is the biggest issue in their everyday lives, then let them be foolish and vote for Thompson.

I live in BUSHWICK Brooklyn, People from NYC/MANHATTAN (yes they are still in NY, they didnt move out of NY) But they say they cant afford to live in Manhattan anymore, so they are moving in Brooklyn Neighborhoods like Bushwick, & Bedstuy.

So now the community is becoming a mixture of black, hispanic, & caucasian.

Of course CRIME is down BLOOMBERG. Aside from the NYPD locking up real criminals & people that arent criminals at all...they are killing people left & right as well!

You know something is wrong when drug dealers can SUE the city of NY for "illegal search" by police & the drug dealers are winning these lawsuits!! (that was in the news paper the other day)

Bloombergs so called "AFFORDABLE HOUSING" is NOT AFFORDABLE!

What about "LOW INCOME" HOUSING!! We cant afford rent as it is! the so called AFFORDABLE HOSUING is useless, people cant afford to move into their either! So they build them to sit there, with no occupancy!
