The City of Mesa, City Hall, was cleaned every night by over 30 Illegal Aliens working for a contractor, and it took the Sheriffs office doing a clandestine raid on City Hall of Mesa to bust them. "The President, shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed."

Now that US DOJ(Obama) is suing Arizona over preemption of immigration laws, when Arizona is actually only providing "force multiplier" of federal immigration laws, will USA now sue cities that violate federal immigration laws by providing immigration sanctuary policy protections to illegal aliens?

Can We the People sue Barack Obama in the DC District Court for non-performance of constitutional duty?

If the 14th Amendment guarantees equal protection under the laws, then does it also guarantee the laws will be applied equally?

Please explain to me, that if a bunch of states formed a Union, and established laws for the Union, why a state in the Union cannot make it a law for the police in the state to enforce the laws of the Union?

But, many cities in the Union, have passed laws and set policy, providing immigration sanctuary for illegal aliens who violate the immigration laws of the Union, and the President of the Union, is not suing those cities for providing immigration sanctuary?

Article 4 – States Relations

Article 4 Section 4

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

Paraphrasing: "The Feds & very state in the Union, is responsible to every state in the Union, for securing our Union against INVASION and DOMESTIC VIOLENCE."

“No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.”

Paraphrasing: "Every state in the union, shall, without the Consent of Congress, engage in War, when actually INVADED."
