Yeah your form could use some work. You might want to lose the straps, I wouldn't strap for anything less than 500LBS. If you can't hold 200-600LBS without straps you seriously need to work on your grip. I'm not trying to be an as$hole or anything, just some good advice for the long run. Good luck.
yea i still need to work on my form. i had just recovered from a wrist injury that got me out for 6months, so i'm just supporting it with the straps
