I eat fiber and fat. I follow the Montignac diet. I have a swedish web page on how to eat like that, but I might just translate it to english..? Lots of meat, veggies, stuff with fibres, fruits and chocolate over 70%. No light products, NOTHING containing wheat flour, no sugar OR sweetening, no potatoes, white rice or white pasta and other things. Long list.... but it will get you thin as an anorexic, but you can eat how much you want!!
