My top two choices would be Mysterio and the Lizard. But I also consider Carnage and the Lizard as choices since both of them would be continuations of characters from previous films. Carnage would be a result of Venom appearing in "Spider-Man 3" as the Lizard would be the transformation of Dr. Curt Connors from "Spider-Man 2 & 3." Guys like Kraven, Shocker, Scorpion, and the Vulture should wait until "Spider-Man 5." I just hope they at least finally use the Lizard in "Spider-Man 4."

I used to think they were the ones likely to appear- but websites seem to act like they both might possibly get turned turned down. I think Carnage and the Lizard should be the ones to appear in "Spider-Man 4" since both were foreshadowed in previous films (Venom being in the previous movie and Dr. Curt Connors being in both sequels). Looks like the studio is trying to get Sam Raimi to consider not using the Lizard for the next film. Electro and Mysterio are the kind of guys they probably want.
