Just as he loved Yoko's music because it was Yoko and not because it was objectively brilliant. In regards to the Candy Flip cover, I really don't think he'd look upon something this obviously pop/disposable with anything more negative than ambivalence. He'd likely not give it any thought, really. "Rolling in his grave" is a tad ridiculous.
