  • Where do you buy them so cheap?

  • where online can you git that stuff ? in the States .

  • Hi. Where are you sourcing your Tien Men Dong from? Thank you!

  • Watching you make this and just feeding off your sublime mellowness is actually making me pretty mellow as well! Add to that the fact that as I'm watching you do all this I'm having some loose-leaf green tea with 400mg of L-Theanine stirred in. Yeah, I'm pretty much floating on a cloud now.

  • Is asparagus root the same as the Indian herb shatavari??

  • Very interesting. When you say you "cook" the herbs/berries for 2 hours, what temperature are you cooking them at? should it be boiling, simmering, or just warming? Thank you for posting this and all your insightful videos.

  • @GuoYunshen i generally bring to a boil and then simmer for the remaining time.

  • Where do you buy from your ho shoo wu? Thanks

  • dude..... you're awesome.

  • Awesome, I have been taking tonic herbs for about 2 years now & cooking up schizandra berries for awhile now & I was planning to get dendrobium & asparagus tomorrow to go with my Schizandra and figured i'd research a lil more tonight and came across your video... Its great to see others on the Tonic Chinese Herbs path... You my friend, have inspired me to get a rice cooker to prepare my herbs (AWESOME IDEA!!!) I'm going to also incorporate Dan Shen and build from there more personal recipes!!

  • @trainer1x where are you going to get that dendrobium?

  • How much water was in the cooker that you added the herbs to?

  • @ChasinTranes it was about 32 oz

  • Brandon, do you cover the pot with the lid while it's cooking or not?

  • @Natalyaandall yes i cover my pot most of the time :)

  • Brandon, can you recommend any tea or tonic for recovery after surgery? I had dental implant surgery 2 days ago and I need something antiinflamatory, antibacterial, etc.

  • @Natalyaandall i would go for the medicinal mushrooms. reishi, cordyceps, chaga, etc.

  • Oh, yes, Brandon, I am taking those mushrooms. Thanks for the answer.

  • how much do you pay for a weeks worth of herbs- thats some amazing, pure stuff you have there

    to your health!
