Car is one of the very few items taxed in HK, heavily. I spent a few years in the UK and really miss the night sky, our air is far from clean as well. But we made a huge effort to clean the streets and the efficiency is great.

There is no bigger smug than those drivings sports cars in HK (you know how much space we have here) and no bigger pleasure than seeing a Ferrari overtaken by mini bus in the streets of Mong Kok ;P
