There must have been alot of air pressure. Those things weigh about 100 pounds a piece and they're solid iron.

yes, there was a LOT of rain that morning, over 10" in a couple hours in some places. the roof caved in on the bed bath and beyond store. many roads were flooded. i was stranded at lunch because the water on all the roads was too deep to drive in. that was a fun call to the boss - "sorry i'm going to miss the meeting because we are marooned at a pizzaria..."
